Home on 3.5 wooded acres. Open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large screen Smart TV, or enjoy your favorite book. Snuggle down in comfy queen sized beds in the 2 spacious bedrooms. The well appointed kitchen adjoins the living area, so the cook is not left out of the action. The front and back of the house has covered porches so you can enjoy the outdoors even if the weather is less than perfect during your stay. A large patio off the back porch offers plenty of room to barbecue, take a nice soak in the hot tub, and simply enjoy the outside. 20 Minutes to Bristol Mountain, 4 minutes to downtown Naples, 16 minutes to Cummings Nature Center, 11 Minutes to Canandaigua Lake South End State Boat Launch, 11 minutes to Hi Tor Wildlife Management Area, 11 Minutes to West River Fishing/Small Craft Access Site, 4 minutes to Reservoir Creek Golf Course, 34 minutes to Canandaigua, and 27 minutes to Penn Yan. Close to everything the Naples Valley and the surrounding Finger Lakes region have to offer.

We had an amazing weekend stay! The house had everything we needed and then some. The house was so clean, modern and very comfortable. As soon as we walked into the door, we knew we made a great choice! The outside was private and just perfect. The weather was a little chilly and the hot tub was nice, warm and made our stay! Communication was top notch!

My wife and I had a great time staying two nights at the Naples Valley Getaway. The place was exactly as described in the listing. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and comfortable furnishings. Everything was in perfect condition, and the outdoor space was equally enjoyable with ample seating and amenities. The location was a convenient jumping off point for exploring the area, yet just far enough from town to feel secluded. Communication from the hosts was also very good throughout our stay.

The home was clean and had everything you may need; towels, comfy sheets, games, kitchen wares. The gas fireplace created cozy space to sit, sip on a cup of tea, and watch the day begin. The large front porch, back porch and patio were nice gathering spaces. Best of all, the hosts are responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at the cabin. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and even had some condiments and spices. The beds were comfortable. We hiked over 60 miles of trails all within driving distance of the cabin. The hot tub was wonderful after our long days of hiking. Check in check out went smoothly. Communication with the owners was easy. We would highly recommend staying at the cabin.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home nestled in the woods but close to everything we needed. The hot tub was so appreciated after being in the car; the back patio and the rocking chairs on the front porch helped us enjoy the view of the woods and the beautiful landscaping. We had a wonderful stay at this property over Labor Day weekend while in town for a family wedding! The house was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living space was very cozy. The hot tub and fireplace were wonderful touches to add to our family's enjoyment of the property on the chilly late summer nights. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable.The location was perfect — tucked away in a peaceful setting surrounded by trees, but still close to downtown Naples, wineries, and hiking trails. We especially enjoyed sitting outside on the front and back porches in the mornings and evenings, listening to the sounds of nature and taking in the fresh air.Our hosts were tremendous. Very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free!We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Finger Lakes getaway, and we’d be happy to stay here again in the future!

Cabin was extremely clean, well-stocked with the essentials, and cozy. Lovely place to stay at for our trip to the Finger Lakes. Hot tub was relaxing and our son really enjoyed the cornhole set. Highly recommend!
