There were alot of mixed reviews, but I was glad we booked! We are a family of 5 who came to see NYC for the first time, we were able to walk to many tourist attactions, room was as pictured, two double beds and small bed by window was plenty, was pleasantly surprised that beds were made daily, many places will just empty garbage! staff helpful and friendly, cant beat a continental breakfast to start your day! Fees were appropriate for stay. This place was priced well considering you are in the heart of everything!

We found several pests immediately upon entering the room. We checked out less than 10 minutes after our arrival. We were told a refund was unable to be processed by the front desk. We emailed management and are waiting to hear back.

Hotel Property Not As Pictured

This hotel is very dated & minimally clean. At check in they tell you that they are going to put a hold for $200 but they actually charge you $200. They can't provide a receipt for your records either. It is a scam likely establishment. Customer service was not great either. Make sure you take a video or pictures of anything broken or scratched up in your room so you are not charged.

Anniversary Date

Our stay at the City Club Hotel was a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bathroom was lovely. Our bed was comfortable and all appliances worked as they should. The only suggestion I would make was to add music to the docking device. We were very satisfied with the hotel.
