HOTEL DANS QUARTIER TRES POPULAIRE

Cet hĂŽtel est situĂ© trop loin de Manhattan mĂȘme si bouche de mĂ©tro Ă  10 minutes Le personnel de l'hĂŽtel rĂ©pond Ă  nos questions mais pas souriant. 2 gardes sĂ©curitĂ© sont lĂ  24/24h (assis dans la salle de petit-dĂ©jeuner) HĂŽtel trĂšs bruyant Ă  l'extĂ©rieur (musique voitures...) et Ă  l'intĂ©rieur : insonorisation Ă  refaire.: on entend le personnel parler et rire la nuit..... Chambre ok avec une bonne literie. Petit-dĂ©jeuner peu agrĂ©mentĂ© Toujours besoin de demander Ă  la dame de service ( qui Ă©tait assise en train de regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision) pour remplir le buffet trop vide mĂȘme Ă  8h00 On nous a accordĂ© de laisser les bagages au dĂ©part mais ce n'Ă©tait pas gagnĂ©...De plus pas de toilettes au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avant de partir.

Belle chambre et bonne literie. Table a repasser et fer a disposition. Frigo dans la chambre. Les femmes de mĂ©nage passent chaque jour mais en prenant mon bain j ai pu voir que le mĂ©nage n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© fais tout le meuble de la salle de bain.. Pas de double vitrage. Dommage pour une chambre qui donne dans une avenue ou il y a beaucoup de passage !! On a l impression de dormir Ă  mĂȘme la rue car quartier trĂšs bruyant h24.

Will kept near shopping on point hotel

The hotel is very clean and nice.The room cozy and bed very comfortable .The staff is super make you felt at home from home .I already have another booking to go back, that's the only place i will be when taking a trip to brooklyn .The only one thing the night staff needs to know that the breakfast area is always open to the guss at any given time . Please any one taking a trip to brooklyn go to this hotel The cook ms doreen you have to taste her hand now you know, you are at home she acts like the mother you have at home in your kitchen always there thank you ma'ma This hotel should recognize employees like her ,and make sure they are well taken care of because ms doreen is the one brings you back there .I will not think of going to another hotel it will not be the same with out her there that you

Although we asked for an earlier check in time and was told that wouldn't be a problem they still had us wait 3 hours to check in. The room had something sticky on one of the plugs for the lamp, the room was dusty. The best part is they replaced the complimentary shampoo with a bottle that was more than half empty. I almost forgot about the girl behind the front desk that rolled her eyes when you asked her a question. I will not go to this hotel ever again Or ever recommend it to anyone.

Just for convenience to be near friends

I started out please with the hotel, 1st check in, on my 2nd visit the reception was blank, but nonchalant. Upon my return was the worst. I was treated like if I did not have paid reservations, I got a room in the basement to my dismay, because I told them I was returning for the weekend, however I asked 2 be move and later the next day got a room on the 3rd floor which was much more to my satisfaction.

Disappointed hotel stay

Not happy with my stay and hotel is overpriced. The pictures on the website is not what I expect it to be and it was deceiving. Service was not accomendating to the guest. Housekeeping was loud and rude. Dirty room.

Sleeping in a saggy mattress

Tell phone wasn't plugged in. One of the mattress was saggy, we're talking sleeping in a mattress. Not good for your back! Couldn't get the shower head to work, but that was just human error on our part. The lady in the breakfast area wasn't very pleasant at all.

Annoying check in

The check in was kind of annoying the girl was on her phone in front of me and another guy that was fixing stuff and she was taking about her work scedule on her personal cell I found it rude and she didn't hurry to hang up either she proceed to talk then finally hung up to check me in
