Formerly an industrial center, nowadays it is considered an artists' mecca, and one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city. The award-winning public and private schools draw families to nest nearby. Locals can be seen strolling along the Hudson River or dining at a wine bar. Quaint cafes and inviting green park space make this a great place to call home. Tribeca is one of the more well-rounded and well-connected neighborhoods in Lower Manhattan. By subway, the Financial District is only 10 minutes away.
