My only complaint was that the pillows were extremely flat. Other than that, everything was perfect. Check in/out process was super easy. This location is perfect for Times Square. We enjoyed being able to walk pretty much anywhere from our hotel.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating, however the room had so many problems. First of all, there was construction going on next door, so from 9am-6pm it sounded like a jack hammer was going non stop. There was no water pressure in the shower so I tried to adjust the shower head and it fell off onto the floor. Then there was no hot water. In the evening I couldn’t get hot water to wash my face. I dealt with that because it was late and I was tired. But the next morning when I took a shower, it seemed to be warm, so I tried the shower. The minute I got my hair wet, the hot water ran out so I couldn’t finish the shower. I had also booked a room with “premium bedding”, but the bed was hard as a rock and slanted at an angle. I had never had a problem at a Hilton, but this experience was extremely disappointing!

Our room was a great refuge from the craziness near Times Square and Bryant Park in the days before New Year's Eve. It was clean and comfortable, the TV worked, the in-room refrigerator worked, and the staff was helpful and even had a sense of humor.

Upon arrival the clerk gave me the wrong room key . I returned downstairs and was told I had to wait online again. Decided to extend stay, was told I had to change rooms . The next room had a banging sound in ceiling . Maintenance came unable to fix it , said it was air conditioner. I turned the a/c off and i still heard banging sound . Called manager, she would only offer 1/2 of the refund . I’m am disgusted .
