Great location- close to Bryant Park, Times Square, NYC Public Library. Easy to access transportation-subway stations near by, BigBus hop on hop off sightseeing bus has pick up spot at the hotel next to the Hilton. Some basic food options nearby- Guy Fieri Chicken Guy, Planet Hollywood, etc. On site Italian restaurant- small, food not very good. Small but clean room, comfy bed with basic bedding , shower, no tub, room has mini fridge and microwave- I didn’t use but it was nice to know it was there if needed. Small hallway entering hotel. Hotel lobby and check- in located 1 floor up. Coffee and tea available, can leave suitcases if you come in before check in. My only complaint- I needed to check out at 6:30 am to get to LaGuardia. Did not have hot water for shower. Informed desk staff and was told I should have called right away. I had to leave asap. No time for that! Despite water issue, enjoyed stay! Will book this hotel again.

My daughter and I stayed here recently for a "Girl's Weekend" and were really impressed! The front desk staff was very helpful and we were able to check in early...the hotel is just steps away from Times Square and also close to the 42nd Street subway station. Our room was clean and quiet. I would highly recommend!

This would be a FIVE STAR review except up on our high floor (amazing view) we did not have hot water consistently. To be honest, it was usually Luke warm or cold even. (Maybe they need to convert to a tankless hot water system or adjust water pressure on hot lines, not sure?)
