The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly! Our view was amazing! Was nice to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room. However the hotel could use some updates. It was very noisy as well. We have stayed in other NYC Hilton hotels and never heard the sirens and street noise as much as we did here.

Check in was very quick. It would be nice if breakfast , even if just cereal , juice , coffee was complimentary.

They “never found” a package that was delivered to me and confirmed by the USPS. Service was not polite nor dilligent.
