The couch in the lobby is horribly stained and not comfortable. We get to the room and it is clean and decent on first look. Closer look, the box spring was broken at the foot of the bed. Ok to sleep on, just couldn’t sit on the end. A day in and the a/c is not great. No matter what it was set on, it SAID 70 degrees but it was not. The fan wouldn’t even change. It was as if the thermostat did not control the a/c at all. The staff was good. The room was not restocked for the coffer maker very well. The last morning we were there we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. Our waitress, Tammy, was very friendly and great.

Not a good location. For the same price you might as well be around Times Square. Hard to believe this is a Hilton; I always took for granted that any Hilton I stayed at would be nice, but I do not believe that any longer. This hotel needs closed and completely refurbished; it is grungy at best. Again, very shocking for a Hilton. Brand is definitely tarnished in my eyes. There was one woman at the front desk who was just miserable; she had a scornful face and was totally unhelpful approaching hostile. One night I asked if there were any cookies left, and she said “no”. The other woman said that she would look, and the miserable woman said “you can if you want”. The other woman returned with a plate of cookies. I also called down looking for a bucket or something to ice my injured foot, and the miserable woman said”a what” and “no we do not have anything like that”. How about a garbage bag to put ice in? That woman was awful. Anyway, I regret staying here and spending the money I did.

This property on has two elevators and one has been out for months per the staff. The second elevator went out while I was staying here and I had to take the stairs 20 floors with luggage. Then my sons birthday event was postpone due to the fact that my MIL COULD NOT WALK DOWN 20 flights of stairs with a bum knee. We had three rooms one on the 10,16,and 20th floor. This was a nightmare. The bellman told me he was trying to hide because this is a regular thing that he is stuck to handle. THE STAFF IS AMAZING! What they are giving to work with is a old building that should have been remolded 15 ago. This should NOT BE A HILTON BRAND HOTEL.. worst I have ever stayed in.

The lobby sofas were stained so bad they weee too disgusting to sit on. The four person capacity hotel room was only stocked with toiletries and towels for two people. The front desk attempted to refuse towels and request we return the following day. The phone kept beeping the entire first night until it had to be unplugged and removed from the room until the battery died. One or both elevators were constantly out of service, causing over half an hour wait to get on the elevator on most occasions. There is no service elevator so most elevators were filled with maids carts or trash carts. The water was turned off for half a day and then when turned back on it proceeded to run brown water for a while and also filled the toilet tank with sediment, making it unusable and unable to refill. I was charged an early check in fee even though I didn’t receive room keys until after 4pm. The bathroom ceiling was peeling paint and the tub was peeling in spots as well. The floor tile grout was disgusting as it is brown in most places where it should be white. The location is great but the hotel is severely out of date and mishandled.

While the staff were helpful this hotel was one of the worst Hilton’s I have stayed at. The rooms are in severe need of updating. While we were there only one elevator was working. Thankfully I was on the 4th floor and was able to use the stairs. We requested towels, clean pillow case and paper cups but only received part of what we requested. I stayed in this area because of the location and the proximity to restaurants and other attractions but I won’t be staying at this hotel again. When I checked out I was told a receipt would be emailed to me and have yet to receive it. I tried calling and the voicemail box for the billing dept is full. Not sure how I’ll get my receipt. Overall I’m super disappointed and it definitely impacted our stay.
