There was no breakfast for which we paid and is described as full breakfast. There is no restaurant, no rooftop terrace. There is construction going on. Hotel imposes extra charges for no reason even after you checked out. Room infrastruktury with mosquitos. Hairdryer caused an electro shock. We got new hairdryer but not concern about our wellbeing. I demanded 20% refund, but was told that because the hotel was paid for by travelocity it's impossible. Crazy, never again.

The property was easily accessible and in a good location. The staff, Bryan and Stephanie, were amazing. From helping us to get checked-in and out for our stay, ensuring that our luggage remained safe while we explored the city, providing recommendations of things to do/places to eat, they truly enhanced our stay making us feel as if we were simply in a home away from home. Kudos to the staff!

Great stay!

Excellent stay. Newly renovated room, comfortable with small balcony and spacious bathroom. Clean property with helpful staff. Was told that expect to open bar/restaurant in late fall (under construction right now) and upper floor terrace area. Nice location for our stay, we will be back!

I’ve stayed at many hotels in NYC and this is by far the best one! Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff is great, going out of their way to accommodate any requests! Will be my go to from now on!!

Self check in is not good. Because of that feature-despite the help, we won’t come back. No breakfast voucher was offered, nor was there info how to get it. Way too many mirror surfaces in the room. No proper door in bathroom, just gliding door which was not closing tight.

Great service. Ask for renovated room!

Staff was great. Bed clean and comfortable. Fridge actually worked great. Shower seal was broke so water went everywhere. MIRRORS EVERYWHERE! So many mirrors it was uncomfortable. All walls except the window wall. Large full sized mirrors. Not little ones. Carpet was old. Definitely didn’t get a renovated room.
