The management of this hotel is utterly deplorable. I booked a room through Expedia and paid in full, yet the hotel still charged a substantial amount to the credit card I used at check-in after I checked out. I’ve tried contacting the hotel multiple times—phone calls don’t go through, and emails go unanswered! Is this place running a scam?!

Rooms are cute, but the staff ruined the experience. One staff member broke my luggage zipper while retrieving it and refused to take responsibility. Another told me I’d be refunded if I checked out a day early — so I changed my flight and did. Later, the manager said she’d “check with the staff member” and if they denied it, there was nothing she could do. She promised to call me back and never did. Unhelpful staff, no accountability from management, and a restaurant that’s rarely open. Cute rooms aren’t worth the frustration — skip this hotel.
