There was no breakfast for which we paid and is described as full breakfast. There is no restaurant, no rooftop terrace. There is construction going on. Hotel imposes extra charges for no reason even after you checked out. Room infrastruktury with mosquitos. Hairdryer caused an electro shock. We got new hairdryer but not concern about our wellbeing. I demanded 20% refund, but was told that because the hotel was paid for by travelocity it's impossible. Crazy, never again.

I booked my stay via expedia but the hotel at check out charged me $100 for no reason. Expedia clear their hands saying the hotel never responded. The hotel snd room was nice but it left a bitter taste that I got overcharged.

Our room had a beautiful view but unfortunately our ac did not work for majority of our stay. We had it looked at during our stay but it was still 80° in our room almost the entire time. It was miserable to be in the room, we were waking up drenched in sweat. Would have been nice to have enjoyed the property.

Very nice design. Clean and had a self checkin that was very easy with staff to help! we stayed in one of the balcony rooms and it was very cool! also the gentleman and young woman staff were amazingly accommodating and helpful! Thank you we will be back- we just wished there was a restaurant at the location!
