Excellent stay at Hotel Park Ave NYC. Our room on the 20th floor offered a great view, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch, and staff were consistently friendly. We requested extra towels and they arrived within a few hours. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience, well worth the 5-star rating.

We had a wonderful stay. Dowse, the front desk manager. Was so professional and very accommodating making our experience great. The guess services staff made you feel welcome. This was our first stay at Hotel Park Ave NYC and we loved everything about it starting from the effortless check-in system and key pick-up! The location is fabulous, the holiday reduced rate was amazing, the room was clean, colorful (wonderful artwork on the walls), and cozy! The king bed was extremely comfortable too. We really appreciated the modern and minimalist decor, the bathroom was also shiny and spotless with aesthetically appealing fixtures. The beautiful books about New York were a bonus, as was the huge television with multiple movie channels. Most incredible were the waters and sodas in the mini-bar which was actually complimentary ...that was a first for us at any hotel. We didn't have a chance to visit the bar or restaurant this time, but we will definitely be back soon, thank you for everything!
