We had a wonderful stay. Dowse, the front desk manager. Was so professional and very accommodating making our experience great. The guess services staff made you feel welcome. The restaurant was great. Terrell, the manager and his staff wonderful service. The hotel and restaurant staff is what hospitality is all about.

This was our first stay at Hotel Park Ave NYC and we loved everything about it starting from the effortless check-in system and key pick-up! The location is fabulous, the holiday reduced rate was amazing, the room was clean, colorful (wonderful artwork on the walls), and cozy! The king bed was extremely comfortable too. We really appreciated the modern and minimalist decor, the bathroom was also shiny and spotless with aesthetically appealing fixtures. The beautiful books about New York were a bonus, as was the huge television with multiple movie channels. Most incredible were the waters and sodas in the mini-bar which was actually complimentary ...that was a first for us at any hotel. We didn't have a chance to visit the bar or restaurant this time, but we will definitely be back soon, thank you for everything!

Everything is good, but the shower area is really bad. Water comes out under the shower curtain, and if I step on it I could slip. 😡 I have to keep putting towels over the overflowing water, and it even starts to smell.
