There was no breakfast for which we paid and is described as full breakfast. There is no restaurant, no rooftop terrace. There is construction going on. Hotel imposes extra charges for no reason even after you checked out. Room infrastruktury with mosquitos. Hairdryer caused an electro shock. We got new hairdryer but not concern about our wellbeing. I demanded 20% refund, but was told that because the hotel was paid for by travelocity it's impossible. Crazy, never again.

Great service. Ask for renovated room!

Staff was great. Bed clean and comfortable. Fridge actually worked great. Shower seal was broke so water went everywhere. MIRRORS EVERYWHERE! So many mirrors it was uncomfortable. All walls except the window wall. Large full sized mirrors. Not little ones. Carpet was old. Definitely didn’t get a renovated room.

The staff were super helpful in every area! Nice walking distance to NYC’s charm & where we could not walk we were close to a subway station. Will be back!!

The property was nice,modern,cozy.check in was cumbersome computer system bumped you out several times, you end up waiting for guests service to help,front desk doesn't answer phone at certain times,you end up having to go downstairs to request items etc same for housekeeping, you can't reach after 7pm,so you wait until 8am to request items.there no room service for food ( under construction) breakfast voucher@ masso across the street,they serve breakfast items to go.other than these quirks the hotel is adequate accommodation, bed could be more comfortable.

From start to finish, our stay at Hotel Park Avenue was absolutely perfect! The staff was amazing upon arrival — they welcomed us with water and made check-in a total breeze. Everyone we encountered was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely friendly. The hotel itself was spotless, super modern, and beautifully up-to-date. Our room had incredible views, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. At checkout, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we received our breakfast vouchers for the complimentary breakfast for me and my boyfriend. There was also a small mix-up with the price, but when I called, the manager was extremely kind, apologetic, and immediately refunded the difference without hesitation. That kind of customer service is rare and so appreciated. This hotel is truly a 10/10 experience. I look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

The overall stay was good. However, we did notice when we got housekeeping to tidy up the room on Saturday, we returned back with some of our food eaten. We were short 1 banana and a biscoff cookie pack (there was crumbs on the stand by the tv with a partial wrapper)

My flight was delayed 2 hours and I arrived after 3am. The staff informed me that I was considered a no show and that I could only enter the room if I purchased an additional night. Needless to say this was a shock and very unpleasant for a weary traveler. The 3am check-in was not specified on the details of booking and I specifically booked because 24h concierge was specified. I also find it preposterous that I was charged AND not allowed to enter the room I paid for that had checkout at 12pm.

It was under renovations while there but it did not affect my stay. One of the best and most functional small space hotel gyms I’ve ever used. Right in the heart of Manhattan but windows do an excellent job keeping street noise out. Room was larger than I expected and very nicely decorated with the new design scheme (August 2025). I could not get my room as cold as I would have liked because the lone AC vent was blocked by a cabinet, your mileage will vary with this I like to be very cold at night. Was very easy to take public transit to and from JFK airport and La Guardia would likely be the same.

We arrived Friday August 25, 2025 at 1pm and was allowed into the room. However, we were told the air was down and should be back up soon. We had no plans to leave the room that afternoon but we got out and came back to get dressed for our Broadway show. Still no air conditioning as we got dressed in the heat. When we returned, there was still no air. It kicked in during the night, but was off again the next day. The staff was aware but seemed unconcerned and had no recommendations or fans available. As a woman of a certain age, having at least a fan is a necessity this day and age! 2 nights with no air conditioning, no care or major concern from staff was a complete let down. The breakfast that’s included is to a small cafe across the street. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. Too many other options to choose from in the area. The bright side is that the room was clean. But you have to ask for robes and we had to ask twice.
