Beautiful and boutique hotel in the city!

This is a beautiful hotel in NYC within walking district to time square, the fashion district and Korea town. The lobby is spectacular and the classic staircases are great for photos and great attention to details. My only hiccups were safety related - specifically the door stops in a couple areas were damaged which led to an injury to my finger and there were multiple areas in the room areas where there were rough flooring transitions which could lead to tripping. Otherwise amazing!

As we had read before we went it is quite noisy but that's because it is so central for everything. Rooms were lovely. We had two, one for me and hubby, another for three kids. Staff were lovely.

This is a gem of a hotel in the heart of the city. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the room is clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. We’d stay here again!

The only downside of this hotel was no microwave in the room. The elevator was small, but everything else was amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat. 1000% recommend. The best loading/unloading zone access I’ve seen for a boutique hotel in Manhattan as well.

The front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. We politely asked to check in earlier if possible as we arrive early from a red-eye flight. The staff made sure we could only check in after 4pm although we saw several parties checking out before 8am. Even when we called after 3pm they were rude and dismissive. We had not identified ourselves so they could not have known which guest/room we would check in by, just abruptly NO. We avoided them as much as possible during our entire stay. The housekeeping staff were very gracious and friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was on a quiet street in a central location easily accessible to many activities, points of interests and transportation.
