Excellent!!! This hotel was fantastic!!! Great location in the Upper West Side. Room was fresh and large. Everything was automated including the shades. Shower was terrific offer both a rain shower and a standard shower head.

Walkable to museums, Central Park and subway. Many shops and restaurants nearby and surprisingly quiet at night for NYC. Room was modern, clean and spacious. Nice surprise with complimentary water and snacks in the room upon arrival. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Hotel lounge was cozy and inviting- very active at the cocktail hour.
