Great hotel. Music in lobby lounge most night which was excellent. Food in bar lounge is great. Rooms are modern and comfortable and large for New York standards.

Everything about The Wallace was so easy. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Just around the corner from the Beacon Theatre in a safe, fun area. The lounge has a well-equipped bar with friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. Will definitely stay there again when seeing a show. Thank you for the great hospitality!

There a few minor shortcomings. My wife needs a couple of extra bath towels and my my requests for them had to be repeated each evening for the first half of our stay. Also, there is inadequate space on the bathroom sink area for toiletries. No room meal service.

Lovely hotel. Clean rooms and first rate room service. Only missing a place to have breakfast but a nice patisserie is 50 feet away and if you want a cooked fry up that is 2 mins away
