This is a beautiful old home with very comfortable accommodations and an amazing staff! The house is old so expect some creaky floors but it is clean, beautifully decorated and maintained, and it was a treat to stay in a place that is clearly well loved.

This place is exactly what u think of when u think old timey bed and breakfast. I unfortunately had to leave before breakfast but I'm sad i missed it. Everything was so nice.

We loved our stay here! It was cozy, quiet, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was wonderful at getting accomodations ready for our child before we arrived. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Wonderful surprise

I booked the Borland House Inn as part of a trip to the state track and field championships because the prices in nearby Middleton were too high. What an amazing surprise awaited me! I absolutely loved this beautiful, charming inn. If you love history you will love this inn. It’s located in a gorgeous home built in the late 18th century and features historical decor throughout. The rooms are elegant, large and lovely. The beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and thoughtfully provided. The rooms are so, so quiet. We had a great sleep. I want to come back here with my husband for a romantic weekend!
