This beautiful oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, upper duplex located on the boardwalk has gorgeous views of the ocean, Balboa Pier, Catalina Island and sunsets. This upper unit has a fireplace, BBQ, gourmet kitchen and laundry room. The master suite has a king bed and beautifully tiled bathroom with a luxurious tub and a separate walk-in shower, both with bay views! The next bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a king. The home has 2 tandem car spots in the garage.

The Space:

This beautiful oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, upper duplex located on the boardwalk has gorgeous views of the ocean, Balboa Pier, Catalina Island and sunsets. The large oceanfront balcony is the ideal perch for enjoying cool ocean breezes and breathtaking views.



The living area is light and bright, with a marble fireplace, flat panel TV and Tommy Bahama style furnishings. A couch and several comfy side chairs provide seating for the whole family to relax after a long day at the beach. The dining area with the same amazing views and a beautiful glass-topped table and tropical chairs. The tiled kitchen is beautifully equipped with a mirrored refrigerator and all the essentials, including a dishwasher. There are several bar stools for fast casual meals at the counter. A half bath is located just steps away from the kitchen at the base of the steps to the hallway next to the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.



The home has 3 bedrooms the master suite has a king bed and a beautifully tiled bathroom with a luxurious tub and separate walk-in shower, both with bay views! The first guest bedroom has two twin beds, and the rear bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted flat panel TV and harbor and city views. The shared hall bath has double sinks and a tub/shower combination. Next door, a laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer.



Outdoor space accents the home’s living space. Views from the deck patio include the Balboa Pier and all points southeast and northwest to Palos Verdes.

Oceanfront views on Balboa Peninsula

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and the views were unbeatable. The location was nice with decent street parking in addition to the garage. We did not park in the garage as it was a tight fit but used it for our rental bikes and surf boards which was handy. It was an easy walk from the home to the pier, some restaurants and the fun zone area. The location on the boardwalk was perfect for walks and biking. The home's decor was pretty dated but we found that was easily overlooked for the view and location.

Property was clean and beautiful. Great area on the boardwalk if you want to be close to restaurants/shops without being exposed to everything that comes w that.
