Super cute lower unit located steps to the sand. Just a short walk or bike ride on the Newport Beach boardwalk to fabulous restaurants and shopping. Large front patio that makes enjoying the great Southern California weather easy and relaxing. Two car tandem parking, fireplace, and dishwasher.

**Please be aware this unit does not have Air-Conditioning**

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car garage parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem parking in a shared garage.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

This property had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway. Would definitely stay again.

A pretty good place to stay.

All went well at this place. We knew it had no AC and there weren't issues. Everything as described. Only a couple of hiccups: Struggled with check in as the keyless lock didn't work. After multiple attempts, called the manager who said it was a known issue and that we were to pull the door inwards, hold it like that and key in the code. Seems like they could've warned us rather than having us struggle for a while. It's a shared garage and the other family's car from the above unit was parked in the middle blocking our entry. They were asked to move which they did after a bit. A diagram or something in the garage would have been better guidance. Finally, construction was happening all week next door. The next door house is only a few feet away from our unit and they were working outside. The workers were very nice but they started hammering super early. Wish we had been warned about the construction. We didn't complain as we were already there for just a few days and the location was perfect for what we needed. Would recommend after construction is finished if you like to sleep past 7 am on vacation :)

Perfect location and lovely unit.

Just a quick little getaway and I was so very happy I chose this place. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to Newport Pier and all the restaurants and shops. Grabbed our beach stuff and we were in the sand in a minute. Nice to have the unit so close to the sand for when you need to use the bathroom. We parked the car in the garage upon arrival and did not move it for our entire stay. We walked everywhere! We did daily morning walks down to Balboa Pier which is a 45 minute walk. It was a great workout. Such a lovely place. I highly recommend it!

Amazing Property to stay at !

This is an amazing place to stay. Close to the beach and shops at the pier area of Newport. Total relaxation !! The place was really comfy and the proximity is perfect. We will be back for more sun and sand !
