From our property, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. Conveniently located near the grocery store on 32nd street you are only a few minutes from 30+ restaurants & bars, the Balboa Fun Zone, the Newport Pier etc.

Come enjoy our freshly remodeled lower level unit located just steps from the beach. Three bedrooms offer a wide variety of sleeping arrangements for your group. The open kitchen and living room offers a welcoming space. The patio is not to be missed! It offers a BBQ, sitting area and a bbq to enjoy the sunset and grill dinner. This home offers plenty of comfortable spaces for you to relax after a long day in the sun.

HOME LOCATION

Our property sits on 38th St between the Bay and the Beach you never need to walk more than 15 seconds to put your toes in the sand! From the Volleyball courts on the beach, the bike path on the sand, or the Kayak/Paddleboard Launch on the bay you are never far from the excitement Newport Beach has to offer.

From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!

Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

Parking/Garage Problems

The property looked a lot better in the photos than in person overall. There’s two bedrooms and one kids room that is sort of like a in between bedroom and living area. Small living room, small sofa. Bathrooms needed major remodeling. Toilet seat was stained yellow. Faucet splashes water everywhere when washing hands. A lot of rust. We ended up leaving after an hour because our car wouldn’t fit into the garage space. This wasn’t pictured in the photos otherwise I wouldn’t have booked it. Parking in the alley is also prohibited. There is absolutely no parking within the neighborhood. So we were forced to leave. Property manager was unresponsive even after several attempts. They sent someone to the property to tell us to move our car which was parked adjacent to the garage but did not help us with the issue. I guess parking rules are strictly enforced. He mentioned we would be cited.
