Welcome to our beautiful 2000 sq ft. 5 Bedroom timer 2 1/2 bath Home. It is in a wonderful neighborhood minutes from the Falls, Aquarium, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, delicious local cuisine, fantastic shopping and many family-friendly activities.

The home has 5 Bedrooms, a fully appointed Kitchen, formal Dining room, a spacious very comfortable Living room, a Full bathroom upstairs, a full bath and a halfbath down stairs, Central air conditioning, and laundry services.

655 Chilton, This house was built in 1920 and is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Niagara Falls. Just minutes away, we are within walking distance of all the major attractions.

If you look through our pictures, the first thing you will notice is how Large the home is, over 2000 sq.Ft. This home is very warm and inviting. Our number one priority is to make you feel relaxed and comfortable, We want you to feel "At Home".

There are five beds to choose from. they are all very plush, You should get a fantastic night sleep. Each of the bedrooms have more than enough closet space and drawers for a long stay.

Our home is located in one of the Best locations in Niagara Falls. All of our neighbors owned their own homes and take wonderful care of the neighborhood, it is very quiet and safe here. Feel free to walk around at any time of the day or night. Again, we are very conveniently located, Close to shopping, Great restaurants, And of course all of the attractions mentioned above, please make sure to talk with me before heading down to the Falls, I have a lot of beneficial information when it comes to where to park and how to get to the attractions in the easiest way.
Also, we strive to keep a clean space for our guests, but if we have missed something or you find an issue with our rental, please let us know right away. so we can take care of it for you. Thank You :)

Remember,... you can walk to all of the attractions, They begin the aquarium less than 5 blocks away. The bus stop for city travel is located East down our street (Chilton) on Main Street. There is also a bicycle/walking path that goes South along the Niagara River Gorge parallel to Whirlpool street and takes you directly to the Falls. Of course there is always "Uber" and "Lyft" available.
House Rules:
We want to keep our space safe, clean and comfortable for all our guests and ask that you please
follow these House Rules:
• There is no smoking on the property, no parties or events. If you need to smoke, please
go out by the front sidewalk. Please dispose of cigarettes properly.
• Absolutely NO drugs allowed on our property. We will call the police if drugs are in use.
• Please, no food or drink (other than water) in the bedrooms.
• Please be considerate of your surroundings during your stay and treat our home with
courtesy and respect.
• Please keep the back door locked.

Check-in/Checkout:
• Check-in is 4:00 PM – we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in. Please
text/call at least 2 days prior to your stay so we can see if we are able to allow you to
come earlier.
• Check-out is 11:00 AM or earlier. Also, please text/call me when you check-out.
• Check yourself in with keypad.
If you have any "Last Minute Additional Guests", please contact me and we will take care of it. If you exceed the number of Guests that you have booked and you do not contact me, you will be charged a fee of $50/person.
If you exceed the home’s safety “Occupancy limit” (10) you will be charged a Penalty Fee of $500.
If any Guests damage the home, you may be charged for the repairs/cleaning, up to
$2000.
