Very happy with our stay!!!

Our check-in was on time. The house was very clean and orderly. We found the house spacious for the 9 of us. The house has plenty of parking. It is set back from the road. We found it very quiet at night. There’s a very large deck
.and kitchen island. The kitchen had all the appliances and amenities we needed. There were toys and books for the children
.wagon and beach toys, too.We felt this house met all our needs and have already booked it again for the summer of 2026. Stephanie took very good care of us!

Perfect house for large families

We had my entire immediate family stay at this house (parents, brothers with their kids, my own husband and kids) and it was great. We’ve stayed at other houses in the area and they were very empty and didn’t have much accommodation. This house was in the perfect area, had plenty of utensils in the kitchen for whatever we would need to cook, had kids toys and books, puzzles, beach toys and chairs, and plenty of towels, a wagon, a travel crib. All the things that make a parents life easier. Stephanie was a very attentive host and the check in process couldn’t have been easier. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Disappointed in Quality of the house

We found the house to be "aged". The surface was clean but anything beyond that was a disappointment. The Keurig coffee maker actually had mold in the water container. There were light blubs throughout the house that weren't working. The molding on the shower down in first floor bathroom was coming apart. The towels were thread bare. No toilet paper. We paid a lot for this house and felt we didn't get a fair value in return. A house that can hold this many people (we were only 6) really needs more than 2 full baths. Even another 1/2 bath would have helped. Having the light switch to the shower in the upstairs bathroom inside one of the bedrooms was beyond annoying. On the plus side of the house as the nice deck and plenty of parking.

Another Great Vacation!

This is our 5th year making family memories at this property and we hope for many more! This house has everything you could possibly need and more! Every year we look forward to seeing any new additions. It is a short walk to the beach, arcade, food and shops. The balcony is perfect to just relax and socialize. It truly is the perfect place for large groups!

Great house, great owner and service

Beautuful, comfortable clean home w amazing service and polite caring attention from Stephanie. We had a minor skafaw which she handled immediately. She answered the phone and was going to take care of it immediately when we were able to fix it. This house is everything it says it is and more. Family time together

Property is perfect for a large family as it has 6 bedrooms and the lrg kitchen and open living/ dining are accommodated 8 adults and one child very well. The owner is very responsive as we were arriving on a day of record breaking flooding in the area. She gave us permission to check in early and kept us informed about power outages in the area( thankfully not affecting us). Thank you Stephanie! We had a wonderful weekend. My only suggestion would be that there be a spray cleaner under the sinks so we could keep up with cleaning up after ourselves. We highly recommend staying here. Bring the kids! Great area as well! Thank you Stephanie!

Christmas Stay

The house was easy to find, easy to walk into, easy to live in. Everything was intuitive. There were plenty of mugs, glasses, plates and kitchenware, lots of seating, many beds. The bathrooms worked well. The fireplace was lovely for a winter stay, and the Christmas tree was much appreciated! Host was helpful with check in and check out times. Very close to the beach and great views of the wetlands. Because our visit was over Christmas and we have family nearby, we did not focus on the roof walk or the beach opportunities etc., but many features would be a big plus for summer folks. There was a glitch with the sheets which was really the only thing that went awry.

Long weekend family gathering

We had a wonderful time with extended family with plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location to take long walks at the beach. The house is beautiful with so many amenities that make the trip perfect!! We will definitely rebook again!

Family Weekend

The house was perfect for our annual Family Weekend (7 adults and 4 children). The beach was easy walking distance and what a surprise-a little arcade right at the end of the street. The basketball hoop was a fan favorite for the kids as well. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook every meal at the house. We loved the roof deck which provided both picturesque views of sunsets over the marsh and beautiful views of the waves crashing at the beach.

From checking in on Thursday to checking out on Sunday, this house and host were super easy to work with. We don’t have a single complaint and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Just being steps from the beach was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for.
