Van Lee PH1 is a newly renovated three-bedroom and three-bath oceanfront condo in the heart of charming Ormond Beach, Florida. The condo sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master, a king bed in the second bedroom, and one full and one twin bed in the third bedroom. It’s the perfect space for a romantic getaway, a multi- couple’s vacation, or a fun family reunion. The penthouse level of the Van Lee offers breathtaking views of Ormond and the best sight-lines for experiencing the Atlantic Ocean's beauty, life, and movement. Local shops, grocery stores, farmers' and flea markets, boutiques, coffee shops, art galleries, and restaurants are a few miles away, some within walking distance. Many more adventures and opportunities are just beyond, including Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and Daytona International Speedway.

Enjoy the sights or relax in a cozy-modern and serene environment where the sandy beaches and ocean waves are framed in the large windows. This is an immaculate spacious 3 bed/3 bath condo. So many amenities and details, like being at home. We couldn’t have asked for more.
