Ormond-by-the-Sea offers a beautiful, natural beach in a laid back and uncrowded surf town. Relax and enjoy our million dollar view!

Stay comfortably in our 2 bedroom 2nd floor 'Beach House'. Whether in town for work or play, our condo has everything you could need in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

Our outdoor pool is open year-round and the beach is across the street. We provide beach chairs and towels, a beach cart, a cooler, and pool toys - just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen!

If you're active, nearby we have a tennis center, 2 state parks with hiking, miles of nature trails and the Halifax River, kayak rentals, year-round surfing, bike paths along A1A, and golf courses.

Queen beds in both bedrooms and a sofa bed with a Queen sized pull-out mattress in the living room. Open floor plan with comfortable furnishings and LVP floors. 5G Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit so you can work with an ocean view. We only have one television to allow for peaceful rest and encourage getting out and enjoying nature!

Our kitchen is made for cooking with full sized appliances - microwave, oven with a glass stovetop, diswasher, stainless 20 cubic-foot refrigerator, and countertop icemaker. You're well prepared to make and serve meals with dishes and flatware, glasses and wine glasses for 6, a 12-piece cookware set, and bakeware. Small appliances include a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, 2 slice toaster, a waffle maker, a hand mixer, and a blender.

Bed and bath linens, paper towels, and toilet tissue are provided for the number of reserved guests (1 set of towels and 1 toilet roll per person per stay). We provide cleaning products and dishwasher pods.

Our full-size bathroom features a shower-tub combination. and a1500-watt hair dryer is provided.

We have a 50" 4K Amazon Fire TV with basic cable services (you can log in to your streaming services), an assortment of board games, and a collection of books.

Unit is on the second story, there are 2 different sets of stairs. The building has no elevator or ramps.

Perfect for vacation, students, remote workers, relocation, and traveling professionals. Our complex is snowbird friendly!

For longer-term stays of one month or more, we offer a discount for advance bookings.

Great quiet place to stay near the beach
My family loved staying here and exploring the area. We enjoyed the pool and the beach across the street. Very relaxing to hear the ocean, see a great sunrise, and see dolphins jumping in the wavea one morning. We would love to be back again!! Thank you!!

Close to everything
It’s a quiet residential neighborhood right across the street from the beach ( there are no homes on the beach here ) .. 25 mins your in Daytona .. or 15 mins and your in the town of Ormand Beach or Flagler beach where there is plenty of local restaurants shops parks and bars.

Week getaway
When we arrived we weren’t positive we were in the right location as the door didn’t have a letter on it, just a number. The keypad also didn’t look digital, but it was. Never seen one like this, so that was our mistake. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. We pretty much had everything we needed, except a couple more towels and makeup towels would’ve been better with two females there for a week. We did attempt to use the coin operated washer and dryer but one was out of order and the other had someone’s stuff in it all day, so we never got to do laundry as we didn’t have free time any other day. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom could’ve used a bit more dusting. An exhaust fan in there would be helpful too, since the window does not open. Free breakfast was on the listing, but it was no longer an option so she did kindly credit us 20. Overall we did enjoy our stay, especially for the price.

First Snowbird attempt
The condo was wonderful. I stayed for about 6 weeks. It was decorated wonderfully. The only negative about it was that the couch is not very comfortable. The complex is a little dated and not kept up very well. There was a fountain that was in disrepair and standing water in it. The patio chairs are not very comfortable and there are only 3 lounge chairs for the 20 units. The decking is coming up in spots and you have to be careful not to trip. The location is great because it is isolated from the business of the downtown area. I was there during the Daytona 500 and thought that it would be an issue and it was not. However, I was there during bike week and that was crazy. There were motorcycles up and down the road all day and night. Very loud. If you have a person in your party who is sensitive to sound you might want to make sure you are not down here - anywhere during bike week. The best thing about this complex are the other snow birds there. I was alone most of the time I was there and the people there make you feel so welcomed. There are about 7 regular snowbird condos and I ended up going out to dinner with them. We got together most every day in the courtyard. I would recommend this unit to a retired couple or person. I don't think kids would like it much as most of the people there are retired. Thank you for the use of your condo.

Everything was great!!! From the time of booking until leaving was perfect! Condo was beautiful and just like your own home. Anything you need is already there. Thank You for the great accommodations, we will definitely use again in the future!!

Great place, right across from the beach
We had a great stay, pool are was really nice. The guys come 3 times a week to clean and check it out. A couple of minutes and you are at the beach. A 10 minute walk to Lagerheads bar and grill. Good food, great live music. The apartment comes with lots of things, to make life easier. The hair dryer broke while we there, after calling the host, next day a new one was delivered.

Peaceful paradise
This place was perfect. We were steps away from the ocean. A very private and quiet beach. The condo had everything we needed and was very cozy. Not a far drive from grocery store. We loved this place and will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.
