Pool was heated as stated, beach view was ideal to sit out on the balcony drink your coffee and watch the waves. Liked it was a quieter beach yet you were just a few minutes drive to the more commercial side of Daytona if that is what you like. Everyone at the condo was very friendly.

A wonderful ocean view from the condo. Nice pool area. The kitchen was well equipped. Workers were painting the outside of another building while we were there but it was not disruptive.

A Accommodations A Location

This location, this host, this condo was by far our best VRBO experience. It's rare that I can say everything was perfect, but in this case it was. The host communicated very well and was super responsive. The condo was clean and well maintained. And the location was absolutely perfect. Steps from the pool and a few more steps to the ocean. The condo balcony over looked the pool and a clear view of the ocean. PERFECT! Thank you Laura! We'll be back next year.

Peaceful Retreat for couples

The four of us enjoyed our vacation very much. The accommodations were very comfortable, peaceful and clean. The lay out of the condo was perfect for 2 couple. We loved the fact that we were oceanfront with a great view and easy access to beach. Overall,5 stars.

Such a great stay!

My mother and sisters did a girl getaway trip together and I enjoyed this property so much! There were some issues with the door but Laura was so fast to reply and help us out. There beach chairs at the property. I can’t say enough good things but between the fully stocked kitchen, having three bathrooms and all the other amenities she provided, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location for a short beach getaway

Great property well appointed with great beach views. Property owners/management has all the right amenities, even the little things many properties overlook - flashlights, pens, rain ponchos, great spice assortment, and foil and plastic wrap (these things are huge so you don’t have to buy or bring!) The condo building is well maintained as are the grounds. Smaller building size leaves plenty of room for privacy at the pool and on the units patio.

Immaculate and beautiful view

We recently visited Ormand beach for our daughter’s College National Cheer competition at Daytona Beach. Location was perfect distance from Daytona Beach. Condo was immaculate and the view was absolutely perfect. Right on the beach, pool very well maintained. Enjoyed our relaxing beach walks and will definitely book again for our trip next year. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful townhome right on the ocean

Great condo, Great Location, Good price, and very nicely appointed. Loved the kitchen/living room area and the bedding and mattresses were very luxurious and comfortable. The staff and Laura were very helpful. The only downside I encountered was the lack of hot water and water pressure to accommodate 2 people showering at the same time in both upstairs baths. But we figured it out quickly and just staggered our showers after that. The Beach is beautiful and Not crowded and had a ton of shells.

Great place!

Unit is very nicely appointed with a fantastic beach view from the living room. Easy beach access. Great location far enough from all the traffic of the Daytona strip but close to all the great shops and restaurants and and easy drive to DIS for the races. Laura our host was outstanding!
