"Excellent hotel so close to the park. Great setting. Great room. Great staff. They had a few issues when I was there with room keys not working due to the time change. They went above & beyond to make it right. I would stay again in a second. "

"The pillows were awful and they do not have ironing boards or microwaves in the rooms. The complimentary breakfast was not good and they even ran out of coffee on one of the mornings. "

"Tucked away in the center of Zion village, this hotel was perfect for our family of 4 as our first stop along our road trip though Utah & Arizona. The staff were super polite and great during our stay. Our kids loved the view of the mountains behind us and the heated pool & hot tub was a family favorite! "

"The hotel is very beautiful. You can tell they have had an upgrade. Everything is newly remodeled. The pool was a big hit with My Kids. Super fun to have fountain. However, the hot tub smell like a wet dog. It was so disgusting. We couldn’t even stand to sit in it. The lighting can use some upgrade, even with all the lights on it still felt dark in the room and after paying $600 for a room to stare at a picnic bench and a overhang from the top floor kind of feels overpriced"
