Apartment was clean and well presented. I would highly recommend following the check-in process accurately and doing this well in advance of actual check-in, communication wasn't always the easiest which lead to delays but we also did not check in 24 hours in advance, as recommended. A pleasant apartment, handy to the Disney parks
