No soft bed

Staff were all very good- sadly bed was so hard. Breakfast was awful for €16 I should have complained . Great position and good price

Shuttle information by bus at RER station sent by Expedia was incorrect It resulted in 2 hours lost from CDG to hotel. A hotel shuttle was available but I was not informed of this

Very good hostess at the front desk. Quick check in. Room, clean, no remarks. Breakfast buffet fine. Shuttle on time.

Very poor excuse for a hotel

No soap in the shower, extremely small room, no anti slip strips in the very slippery bathtub, bed bugs, we would most definitely never stay there again.
