On arrival, the receptionist Lucie was very helpful and checked me in pretty quickly, she also was able to secure me later checkout as well which made my last day much more enjoyable, my room was brilliant and had everything I needed. The spa was great and included with the room I had purchased. When I was leaving the receptionist held my bags for me so I could still enjoy the city one last time before heading home. Would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Paris and wants to be near a landmark and transport links.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and super spacious and perfect for a family of 3. The location can't be beat. Right next to the Arch De Triumph and metro and some good food spots we enjoyed. We also loved our spa night. All in all we would highly recommend this stay to anyone and would stay here again when we comeback to Paris.

It was anything BUT exceptional!! We had to wait a long time when arrived so someone would open the door for us(it was locked). The room was so tiny, and somehow smelly, with a slanted wall, it was really hard to stand up from the bed without hitting your head to the wall! Very narrow hallways (caution if you have wide luggages).

Excellent staff, very attentive, super friendly, very helpful and the MOST important is that they know a lot of different languages and can help all their clients feel more welcome! 👏👏👏 cuddles to the young lady in the front desk, very smart and multi language. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with such a friendly staff! They made everything so easy for us. We landed early so they were so nice to hold our luggage while we went to explore. We loved our cozy room and the fact that we could open our windows. It took a min to learn how to use the AC/ heat lol but it wasn’t an issue. We had an issue with our shower the first night but they were quick to fix it the next day. Such a good walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. In my opinion best place to stay for the price, cleanliness, staff and location! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you again to the staff for such a wonderful visit! My mom and I will never forget our first trip to Paris <3

This hotel was great, staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, spa was fun. We booked based off a tiktok we saw and paid a higher rate to get a balcony expecting it to be like the one in the tiktok we saw but the balcony was small, just big enough for a small table n chair. So we wouldn’t have paid the extra knowing that, room was tiny but expected for Paris. Was still a lovely hotel in a great area.
