The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly, only down side was not directly with the hotel but the ride there from the airport cost us 100 euros and on return caught an uber and it was 36euros, caught uber to Disney land cost us 13 euros the ride back was 35 euros just be more cautious with drivers

It was our second time in hotel, it’s comfortable, clean and has good breakfast included. Unfortunaately coffee on breakfast this time wasn’t the best - you had to make it yourself using capsule coffee machine.

Was charged again for the compulsory tax, so ended up paying twice. They said that is Expedia’s fault. Plug did not work in the bathroom sink. The complimentary drinks tray only contained sugar. The bed and pillows were Comfy though

The hotel was a stones throw away from Disneyland, without the price tag. We'd be more than happy to stay here again, the only constructive criticism we could give is in relation to breakfast. We felt that for a steakhouse the quality of the meat was often poor, however this was not a large enough issue to refrain us from stopping again. We would be more than happy to stay again on our next visit to Disneyland! :)

We stayed for 1 night and enjoyed our time, the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pool was closed off in September, and this wasn’t advertised at the point of booking, so disappointing. Room was clean and comfortable though, very dark blackout curtains!

We really liked the hotel; it was a great experience. The restaurant and buffet were the best part. The only things I didn’t like were that the hot water in the room was lukewarm and that the room temperature was set at 23 degrees by the hotel and couldn’t be adjusted.

Comment changed one night. Second night no coffee or room clean. Told at around 8.30 on third night no access to restaurant and for the second night the bar was closed. So had to go on a walk to find food. One night we had no tea … as restaurant fully closed and Gatsby closed. On arrival this info would be useful!!! Disappointed…
