Reception staff need to be trained to be helpful, or at least try. Staff simply would say they cannot help. That is unacceptable and poor customer service. I asked twice for the manager. Managers very good at this property, took care of my needs.

I find this hotel the most convenient to the airport. It’s to the right of terminal 3 as soon as you exit. How much easier could it get. There are restaurant options, during the warm weather, outside seating is available. Plenty of space on the main floor to sit and relax. It could use some extra love when it comes to the rooms. I do yoga, on my mat, I saw that the floors could use a major wipe, especially under the bed. I do enjoy the large rooms, plenty of space and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Poor customer service. Water in the bathroom smell but no one care. No amenities (iron, fridge, microwave). Beautiful in the outside but real basic in the inside, very small room(for 3) and baby bed for the third person and not to clean. Not recommended to anyone, place to avoid. Not satisfy at all. The only good thing is the buffet breakfast, the food was good and good variety as well.

Check-in was slow. The room and bathroom were small. So much dust on the ceiling fan - A/C unit. The room didn’t feel very clean.

Room too bloody small for this price ,2 towels only,was not easy to find our reservation???not polite even do we speak perfect French,restaurant buffet that along story 85 $ and for 2 nothing good including service,no tab water available, breakfast worst next time we sleeping on floor at the airport!!!!we will save a lot of money, and we will bring aour food good…. In Canada a golden buffet 30/40$ lot of bad things……..never again also my baby’s bass where bigger 50 years ago….
