Easy access to Disneyland Paris by train or bus, the train station is nearby znd one can walk to a few dining options. Val d'Europe shopping center is a few minutes walk as well

We had 16 nights Europe trip in April/ May which we entirely booked through Expedia. Out of 16 nights, we stayed at Moxy for 3 nights. None of the hotel charged us extra for my 3 y/o except this hotel. We booked this hotel thinking the convenience of commute to Disneyland Paris. At the time of booking the hotel mentioned “children are welcome” and it also mentioned pet will be charged extra fee. So it did mention about the pet’s fee but not for children! When we checked in, the receptionist asked about my child’s age and I specified she is 3 years old, and then she said I have to pay for her 30 Euros per night, total of 90 euros due to their fire safety reason! I was so surprised, as every single hotel we stayed they only asked my child’s age, but never extra fee! If the booking page mention about pet charge extra 30 euro per night, why it didn’t mention about extra charge for children? On top, when we spoke with the manager Ms Annis, she was even more rude! As per her, I may have travelled other cities, but rules in France is different! I have to tell her here in this review, we stayed at Mercure Hotel Paris and they didn’t even ask us any question/fee about our child! If we knew we have to pay, we would rather stay at a 4 star hotel with extra money, not at a 3 star one! It’s all about getting the booking and then at the time of checking in ripping off tourist’s money as they have no choice but to pay! Expedia rep. called and s/w on behalf of us for refund, but she refused

We needed a safe, affordable and clean place to stay for a night while visiting. I had never heard or been to a Moxy hotel, but we tried it and thought it was great! I’ve since booked two more Moxy hotels in different cities! Excellent!

A nice place to stay.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and a 5 minute train ride to Disney. The breakfast buffet was worth the money for us. Definitely a great place to stay, if you are headed to Disneyland Paris.

Tv has never worked when staying at this property and no one at the desk seems to care when reporting it to them. Instead one member of staff told me that the point of my stay is to sleep, when tv is listed under amenities in the price you pay to stay, she completely ignored my concern and try to convince me that I don’t need to watch tv just sleep. I didn’t even know how to respond to something so pathetic. Will not be staying here again, if your looking for a great hotel I recommend Relais Spa, have stayed here twice in Val d’Europe and absolutely love it!!

Great place and fun vibes

Very cool vibe as soon as you walk in. Love that the front desk was very friendly, spoke great English, and someone was always there if we needed anything (although we didn’t). The room was affordable and had everything we needed. Modern but good. Small bathroom but great lighting, hot water, and had counter and shelf space.

Very close to train line to Disney, maybe a 2 min walk and then the park was 1 stop away. Room was very tiny but we were only there for a couple nights so it didn’t bother us - 2 adults and a 3 year old. Had some food from the reception/bar. Was good, very small list of options though.

For a trip to Disney Paris, you can't really do much better than this place. It's right next door to the Val D'Europe station which is 1 stop (5 mins) from the main Disneyland stop. Also, it's really easy to get back as all trains from that stop go through Val D'Europe so you can't go wrong. The only thing I would advise is to download the IDF Mobilites App and buy train tickets in advance. ANOTHER POINTER: The Val D'Europe train station is separated into two parts, either side of a main road. We often got on the train at the southern station which seemed quieter and exited on the northern part of the station which seemed closer to the commercial area and much busier. It was confusing at first, but once you understand that the station has separate entrances it's easy enough to work out where you are. The staff at the hotel are all super helpful, speaking fluent English. The breakfast is fairly basic, but better than expected from other reviews. You still have certain hot foods like bacon, eggs, sausages & different toasts (sourdough etc). Along with usual continental stuff like croissants and other pastries. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has a stylish, modern feel. We often came back late and the bar serves casual snacks like sandwiches, chips, paninis, nachos etc for a quick bite. We didn't explore the area much. The Val D'Europe area looks quite commercialised, but if you want a fuss-free meal there are reasonable restaurants around the main train station.

Perfect location for a trip to Disney

Really good location for a stay at Disneyland. With the train stop a 2 minute walk away, one stop to Disney and only costs €2.50. The Train back after the fireworks were super regular too. The hotel is really new and modern. Breakfast is mainly continental with only a couple of hot items. Would definitely come back
