The hotel itself was great. It was very modern and very clean. If you are going to Disney it is the ideal location. A short walk to the train station and Disney is only one stop. There is also a nice mall for shopping if needed. It is a further distance from Paris.

I never stayed at the Moxy but I heard that rooms are small so I was pleasantly surprised they were not. Our room was a good size. Bathroom was tiny but what else do you need. The only thing that set me off was check in, the reception was same area as the bar and I was a little confused so I asked the reception person but she gave me a bit of an attitude.. maybe she thought she was funny, I don't know - but I didn't care for it. It was during the heatwave and our room was very hot and I could not figure out AC situation. I had to go to reception twice to ask for help and in the end we left the room to hang out in common areas and I guess in meantime they did something. It was still not super cold but reasonable enough for one night sleep. Breakfast was quite good and we liked that kids were free with paying adults. All these things aside, we still liked the hotel.

Great place for family, esp if visiting Disneyland

We were very happy with our stay- the hotel was great, the breakfast was lovely and the location being close to Disneyland was brilliant. The RER station was only 1-2 mins away and the journey to Disneyland took about 5 mins on the train. Very easy to navigate. Also very easy to get a train straight to Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. Also handy having food, snavks and drinks on site. Would recommend.

Another amazing Mozy hotel experience! And even though a lot of restaurants, shops, and bars close early in the evening around the hotel; everything at the Mozy is open late and the staff is helpful and the bar vibe is super fun. Can’t wait to come back.

it's our family trip to Paris with one day at disneyland. Location is so convenience, just one stop to there by train. The hotel is quite new with modern design, staff is so nice and friendly. Breakfast was included, not too much choice but acceptable.

Easy access to Disneyland Paris by train or bus, the train station is nearby znd one can walk to a few dining options. Val d'Europe shopping center is a few minutes walk as well

We had 16 nights Europe trip in April/ May which we entirely booked through Expedia. Out of 16 nights, we stayed at Moxy for 3 nights. None of the hotel charged us extra for my 3 y/o except this hotel. We booked this hotel thinking the convenience of commute to Disneyland Paris. At the time of booking the hotel mentioned “children are welcome” and it also mentioned pet will be charged extra fee. So it did mention about the pet’s fee but not for children! When we checked in, the receptionist asked about my child’s age and I specified she is 3 years old, and then she said I have to pay for her 30 Euros per night, total of 90 euros due to their fire safety reason! I was so surprised, as every single hotel we stayed they only asked my child’s age, but never extra fee! If the booking page mention about pet charge extra 30 euro per night, why it didn’t mention about extra charge for children? On top, when we spoke with the manager Ms Annis, she was even more rude! As per her, I may have travelled other cities, but rules in France is different! I have to tell her here in this review, we stayed at Mercure Hotel Paris and they didn’t even ask us any question/fee about our child! If we knew we have to pay, we would rather stay at a 4 star hotel with extra money, not at a 3 star one! It’s all about getting the booking and then at the time of checking in ripping off tourist’s money as they have no choice but to pay! Expedia rep. called and s/w on behalf of us for refund, but she refused
