Okay for a visit to Disneyland

Hotel was okay for a couple of nights. Stay with the family very close location to Disneyland but absolutely no frills whatsoever staff were not particularly polite or welcoming and the breakfast was really not worth bothering with.

Disappointing attitude of staff members

Very good location for Disneyland. Ran out of toilet roll and simply told me they didn’t have any more, like this was an acceptable response when I have IBS and it was my partners time of month Don’t clean at all during a three night stay. Had to keep asking for new towels, toilet rolls, bins, far from what I expected Car park full too

Lovely Hotel.

The room was clean, modern. The pool was clean and my daughter loved it. The location was amazing, really near the mall, Disney and other restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. I wild definitely stay again. Good kitchen area with fridge.

There were not enough hairdryers and my wife had to go out with her wet hair. She was upset because her hair was not done for her pictures in Disney. The hotel is not close to Disney, you have to take a taxi to get there

We (adult and two teenagers) stayed for 4 nights so we could visit Paris and do two days as Disney. The property was affordable, beds and pillows very comfortable, handy having a kitchenette and full size fridge. Brilliant Boulangerie 2 mins walk away, bus stop outside. Val de Europe shopping mall is about 1 1/2 miles away which we walked to and hired a scooter outside the hotel in the Dott app. The pool was great for cooling down with the heat. No towel hire was a pain but we bought them at the huge super Marché in the mall. Great having a small verandah too.

The rooms were good and spacious. The food options can be better. The food is the same everyday but the meat options need to offer turkey, beef or chicken. All the meat options are pork. The only chicken option was chicken slices to make a sandwich. When I asked the worker if all the meat is only pork she said yes and looked at another coworker and laughed as I began to walk away. Some people are allergic to pork or can not eat pork for religious reasons so the meat options should be changed. Aside that, the stay was good for my family and having the kitchen area was very helpful.

4 day family trip

Very good hotel, excellent location for Disney, la Vallée village & shopping centre. Comfortable beds. Very busy hotel but not noisy. Car park available on site. Staff were very good and friendly all spoke English and French. The check in and out process was fast no waiting around.

Very clean and tidy room, excellent breakfast, excellent staff behavior, excellent hotel location, hotel pool is also clean and excellent, access to Disneyland is also very easy, about 8 minutes by taxi and costs 12 euros, and easy access by bus from in front of the hotel. The hotel's internet access was also good, and the beds were very comfortable and great. I recommend this hotel to families

Cost effective option to stay close to the park! Room was a good size & great air-con during the summer months, which was a lifesaver. All round a great little hotel & beats paying 10x for a Disney hotel.

Room was wonderful and spacious; bonus was the heated drying rack. Very convenient to have bus stop right in front of property and only 20mins to Disney. The breakfast, that we prepaid for 3 ppl for 2 days, was terrible. The options were very very minimal, space was extremely tight and uncomfortable, didn’t allow us to take breakfast to room for son that was not feeling well, so we had to go to store next door and buy him breakfast.
