"We loved Brian Head Lodge and felt that it was a great value. The setting is beautiful, the lodge is charming, and the rooms were pretty nice and well cared for. However, there are a couple of things I have feedback on. I think the swimming pool and hot tub were in need of cleaning. My son wanted to use the arcade, but all of it was out of order and there was no sign. We asked the front desk staff how to get tokens to use the arcade, and the young lady replied, "I don't know, nobody ever asks that, do you need anything else?" (Odd) I wish they had a sign on the arcade room that says "out of order," or "closed" so kids don't get their hopes up."
