Stayed for 4 nights and toilet wouldn’t flush 3 of 4 nights. They said they couldn’t switch our room because being full, but half of rooms you walked by were empty morning and night. Room was cleaned once and when they cleaned they left no towels and coffee. Staff was nice and great area though!

Room was fairly clean, except for some dust on top of the standing closet. The facility in general was not very clean. Carpets had lots of debris and looked liked they haven’t been attended to in some while. Breakfast was good as far as a budget hotel goes. It was affordable so I didn’t expect much. The property in general needs all around upgrades and refurbishing.

Great last minute trip - comfortable rooms!

Easy to book & stay for a quick trip to Southern Utah for a hiking trip. Easy access in and out of Cedar City, comfortable room & good breakfast. I like the property rebranding, it is a bit worn and could use some TLC, but I believe that will come in due time with the brand changeover.

Frankly the room was dirty enough and had a bad chemical smell that we didn't even move in the room. Instead, we asked to be transferred to the La Quinta, also owned by Windham. But because we booked on an outside source, they wouldn't transfer us, so we just lost the money and went to another hotel. I'd say we are a bit picky, but I would have slept in the car first if need be.

Good hotel

Great breakfast. Decent rooms, bathroom could use an update, but other than that great condition. Pillows could be more comfortable, but overall decent place to stay

AC in room did not work, when we let the staff know she was kind and came up to help, that didn’t work. She then asked her manager and came back and took batteries out of the thermostat and got it to turn back on but the room never got colder then 74 it was a a horrible nights sleep. Sheer curtain in room had a big hole in it and housing keeping opened the door around 9:30 even after we yelled we were in there. With checkout being 11 felt rushed after that to get out. Let front staff know about the AC and they didn’t seem too concerned just “sorry”. Will not stay here again
