We welcome you to our ranch styled home located in the quant suburbs of Pawhuska. We wish for you to have the ultimate “pioneer woman” experience and feel right at Home on the frontier during your visit.

We have room for up to 6 guests with 3 queens beds. Over 1700 sq of living space with an open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. Enjoy our calm backyard furnished with a table and chairs. Our entire home is family friendly, ready for guests and your next girls trip.

The entire home is available during your stay. We have excluded access to the garage. Please enjoy the backyard amenities during your stay.

Being only 5 minutes from the pioneer mercantile allows you to maximize your time enjoying all that Pawhuska has to offer. Easy street access located in a neighborhood just one minute from highway 60. Park your vehicles under our covered parking carport.

Great place, very squeaky floors , bathtub didn’t work to well, great room space, bathroom was set perfect. Kinda hard to figure out the lock since the page says lock box and key. There is no lock box and key . There is a keycode that unlocks the door. But you look around for a lock box which is on the garage. Again no lock box on door.

We needed a place to sleep for one night and this met our minimum requirements. Very little communication with the host before, during or after. The instructions to get the key were completely wrong, but we figured it out. The wi-fi instructions were incorrect and we couldn't access it at all. The TV upstairs was not able to to use the channels available on the downstairs TV, so no Hulu, Netflix, etc. The upstairs bathroom sinks had excessive mineral buildup in them which was kind of gross. We wouldnt stay there again.

The WiFi password on the welcome page is wrong and I think it said it will sleep 6 so we need more then 5 rags to bath with since there’s no washer and dryer. The instructions to get into the house is incorrect as well

The house was cleaned, but the furniture was very well worn and needs to be replaced. It said it could sleep 6 but there were sonly 4 chairs for the dining room and 4 places to sit in living room if 3 people crunched up together on the sagging sofa. Neighbors let their dog out at 4:30a.m. to bark continuously for a couple of hours. I sent owner messaging using VRBO because he told me that is how he wanted to be contacted, because we could not get into WiFi...his usernames didn't match. Owner never contacted us back so never got onto WiFi. The upstair floors creaked so loudly it woke up the others in the house. No curtains on the backside of the house so the sun streamed in to blind you if you sat on the sofa.

Perfect location and accommodations! Clean just what three sisters needed! It wasn’t clear that all the bedrooms are on the upstairs but the older sisters did just fine! Thank you so much! I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Clean and comfortable

The house was clean and comfortable. Everyone in my part reporting sleeping comfortably. The check in process was confusing as there is not a lock box as stated in the check in instructions. It is a keypad on the door. We were also asked to throw the trash away in the "blue trash bin" located outside but it was missing as well. Overall, I would stay again.

Very nice stay for one night... everything was great from availability of hot water to entry into house. Upstairs floor a little creaky, but not that bad (It let you know if the kids got out of bed for some reason, Ha!)Thank y'all!
