"So long as you don’t need western TV options, this is a perfect resort onsen hotel to choose for Shiretoko National Park. They’ve thought of everything (except Western TV options). Bit of a long walk to town for touring and lunch, but everything else is there."

"This business hotel makes a reasonable base for exploring the Shiretoko National Park, given that options in Utoro are very limited. It is functional and a bit charmless, though facilities are all ok. The interior could do with renovating, as it all looks dark and gloomy. The mattresses were rather hard and the breakfast buffet wasn't up to the standard of other hotels we've stayed in - no fresh fruit, margarine instead of butter, unpleasant coffee (there's a better quality in the machine in reception). Staff were all pleasant enough."

"This hotel is close to the bus terminal. It is also walking distance to Godzilla Rock. Front staff is friendly and speaks English. At check out, we were asked to pay Y300 each for using the Onsen or hot bath. We told him we didn’t use the hot bath facility but we still have to pay for it. I don’t think that is right. "
