On the same floor, there is also a toilet, while up on the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with bathtub, and a bathroom with shower. Finally, on the last floor, there are 3 more double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower.
Outside, the beautiful porch is equipped with outdoor furniture, the perfect place for outdoor lunches and dinners, an outdoor shower and the swimming pool with view over the surrounding hills. The perfect spot where to laze? The hammock in the garden, of course!

Pergola is only 5 km away: here you will find all the main services, as well as restaurants where you can try local delicacies. Cagli, with its famous Torrione and its historic center, is about 20 km away. Not too far away and perfect for a day trip are also the famous Monastery of Fonte Avellana, the beautiful Furlo Gorge and Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In about 30 minutes it is then possible to reach the Adriatic coast and the city of Fano: here you will find both free and equipped beaches as well as numerous bars and fish restaurants.
