"The staff was welcoming and friendly upon check-in. We were immediately offered an upgrade and late checkout as a Gold Elite members. The room was clean, with a good size bathroom, a coffee machine, and complementary bottles of water. The best part was the staff finding the AirPod I had left behind, keeping it at the front desk and I was able to pick it up one week later when I returned. This was extremely helpful and appreciated. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant (Proof Kitchen - nothing special food wise, but friendly waitress) in the hotel, but definitely book ahead if it’s a busy night like New Year’s."

"Very clean room, it's a new condo building. The location is good. Only issue was use of parking lot had some initial hiccup because the system could not scan the license plate and pressing the HELP button didn't do anything. Other than that, great stay and great communication. "
