Hotel is wonderful , room is very neat and clean as well as the breakfast buffet is also very tasty. But in room there is a one major thing is missing which is old TV so we cannot use Netflix or any other app. This is the thing we missed and there is no free water bottle in room as well. At the last there are fewer things Hotel can improve like upgrade there TV in room and providing water bottles in room. Overall stay is good.

Just a 5 minute drive from St. Mary's Hospital, where I spent a stressful day awaiting my brothers heart surgery. Staff were very kind. I had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel; wine prices were high, but Santa Fe chicken wrap with salad was excellent. Only complaint: poor quality toilet paper for such a nice hotel - please upgrade!!

Room was nice, pool was nice, and restaurant food for breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff at the front desk were kind, at the restaurant the staff was professional and polite with great service, and the hotel was clean throughout. It is also in such a great location for us to walk with our kids to the children's museum just minutes away. Thank you for a great visit!

Room and hotel felt neglected. They advertise an arcade etc but the arcade hasn’t been serviced in what looked like years. Bowling alley was out of service and they charged $5 per club for a small mini putt game. Fairly clean but our room was dated and the toilet ran constantly. They also wanted to charge and extra $15 for a rollaway bed. Just a money grab. We were very disappointed.

My room was on a floor with many families staying over for a hockey tournament and this group was loud and messy. I should have asked for another room but I was tired and just wanted to rest. The noise did affect my overall opinion of the stay but I suppose some of that was not the hotel's fault. I will say that the overall vibe I got from the staff is that they don't care much about guest's comfort and the pool could have been cleaner.
