Staff is unfriendly and not helpful. The room was clean, but had a horrible bleach smell. One ice machine and it was out of ice. Slowest elevator ever. Only 7 TV channels tha work. Not a recommended place to stay!

Quiet

Needed a place to sleep after a long journey home from overseas. This fit the bill and allowed us to continue our trip back home feeling more rested. The room was basic and quiet with a comfortable bed.

If I could give no stars I would. We checked in and everything in the bathroom was wet and dripping water from the ceiling. We went down and reported it and after hearing they had no rooms we were given another room on the same floor, we walked in that one and the shower was all wet from the same dripping ceiling. Went down again and were told he had no other rooms and we’d have to go someplace else!!! We did, but being the same night that cost us more than double!!

When I arrived, they told me the reservation had been cancelled. I didn't cancel it. Because this is Maine Marathon Weekend and the peak of leaf-peeping, there were no other reservations in the city to be had. We drove 2 hours home, and will drive 2 hours tomorrow morning to run the marathon. Terrible experience. And no explanation.

You get what you paid for. It is close enough fron DW Portland like a 15 min ride. The room was left open after the cleaning service.

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately had to be moved 3 times due to the first room not being clean. Upon arrival there were no bath towels, toe nail clippings in bathroom floor, surface was sticky, and what looked to be blood stains on the sheets. The second room we were moved to had hair in the sheets and stickiness on the bedside tables, TV remote also was on and off and wasn’t always working. Eventually we were moved to the third room and though this was the cleanest there was still trash and nut crumbs right in the door as you enter and some small trash in the bathroom. The AC felt great after a long day of exploring, staff was friendly, but unfortunately felt very uncomfortable staying here not knowing what was and wasn't clean.

Very unkempt, particularly dirty bathroom, floors sticky. It appears that there was cat spray/pee on the wall of the bathroom- the smell was awful. Hallways/elevator needed vaccuumed. Lights in the room were way to bright. Seemed to be a crowd hanging around the lobby/common areas. If we hadn't been driving all day, we would have found something else. It was very disappointing and we won't be back- ever!!

Checked in to a room, the tolet wouldn't flush (plugged up). Gave us a 2nd room, seemed ok, untill we woke up in the morning and found water on the bathroom floor. Decided to fibd another hotel. Ask for arefubd for the 2nd night from you. The manager gave us another room for "free". That night when we got settled in, discovered the smoke detector had been disconnect, the toilet seat had numerous cigarette burns on it, the mirror looked as though it was spladdered with blood. The security latch on the door had been broken off. The tv didn't work. I have taken pictures of all of the above. When i received a text from you saying you were not going refund my second night. Well i will not be using your service again.

The lobby and the people working at the front desk stunk like marijuana. The hallway leading to the elevator smelled like old wet gym socks that were left on a closet

It seemed like a crack head property. The room was ok, but the rest of the building was old and dirty. One night when we went into the building there was someone standing outside the front doors smoking a joint. I am not a prude, but this was not acceptable. There is no chance I will stay there again!!!!

My dogs stayed there without any costs. I would stay there again, but unfortunately, I may not travel anymore. It's been years since I traveled, since losing my wife, and the traffic and crowds were horrendous. There are too many people everywhere. The world has changed for the worse.
