Everyone coming in and out of their rooms, saying good morning before heading out to the beach just across the street brings a calm and comfy feeling to the place. Nothing to extravagant, but the owner and atmosphere is top notch. Will be back next summer!!!

The staff was so wonderful and we so enjoyed our time there. We had 2 nd floor with kitchenette and we had a great private porch. Extremely clean. We will be back

We stayed here for one night and left early even though we had a two night reservation. If you are light sleeper don't stay here - the train is right outside the window and none of us got any sleep the night we stayed there. We ended up cutting our vacation short since we were so exhausted and didn't want to have another night of no sleep. Otherwise a cute spot - good access to the beach, nice pool, and Missy was lovely.

I'm happy to see that you enjoyed our pool and close proximity to the beach. The train tracks have been here long before our motel was built, and while we like it or not, they are here to stay! Please accept my apology for the loud bathroom fan as well.

The room is nice, cute and bright, just a minute walk to the beach, we feel safe too. Thank you Missy for a nice, pleasant stay. We will definitely come back.

The Female manager or owner was so accommodating - it was so pleasant and easy to stay there. The pool was beautiful and not too cold. Staff was able to help us with everything.

This is our second year in old orchard. And this hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, they said good morning every morning while cleaning other rooms and didn’t mind my crazy three year old asking a million questions. Missy was outstanding, such a nice women. The rooms were clean and the views were amazing.

Missy the property owner was FANTASTIC! Very nice and very accommodating to requests. The room that we stayed in was on the second floor and offered a view of the ocean across the street. Leaving open the entry door and balcony door offered a great cross breeze. Will be staying at this location again in the future.
