The staff were all incredibly nice, warm, and helpful. There's a shuttle bus to the airport—just talk to the front desk to reserve a spot. Free coffee is available downstairs, which is super convenient. The lobby is comfortable, and a good spot to get some work or studying done. The gym looked decent, and there are even board games you can play downstairs, which is a nice touch. The only (and biggest) issue was cleanliness. Our room didn’t seem to be thoroughly cleaned—we found hair in several spots. The manager came to check and promised to return to clean, but never did. At a minimum, I’d expect the room to be clean. The elevator was also unexpectedly dirty. I’d really encourage the hotel to prioritize cleanliness—it's a basic standard and makes a big difference in the overall experience.

Staff was great and Room was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was organized and had good options. The only thing that we did not like were the beds. The beds said that they were Queens on the reservation, but they were actually doubles and so was harder to fit two people per bed. Nice hotel, but would have stayed elsewhere if I knew the sizes of the beds were misrepresented.

Too far from restaurants and places to see in Portland. Chose it for proximity to University of Southern Maine but it is actually quite far away with many other hotels nearer.

If youre looking for a no frills clean convenient place this is a good choice. Its near the mall as well as less than 15 minutes to downtown Portland. If you have access to a car everthings very close by. Breakfast options are limited however
