OCCUPANCY LIMIT 12 -This 5-bedroom 2 bath home is waterfront on Sebago Lake. The property comes with a private dock and a small sandy beach. A larger association beach is a short walk away. The property has a nice size yard with a fire pit. There are also 2 kayaks and a canoe available. Multiple rooms have views of the lake. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main floor. The 2nd floor has the main bedroom with a bathroom. The lower level has 3 more bedrooms with direct access to the backyard and the lake. NO PARKING ON THE FRONT LAWN. THE SEPTIC IS THERE.
Waterfront/Lot Description: Large lot. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: Yes. GUEST HAVE ONE SIDE OF THE DOCK, THE OWNERS BOAT WILL BE ON THE OTHERSIDE. Mooring: NO

Family vacation

Check in was convenient. The location was great for renting a boat, getting gas, paddling and kayaking. Plenty of room inside, great size kitchen and appliances. Washer and dryer on same floor a bonus. sleeping accommodations primarily in basement except for master on third floor and 2 twins only on main floor, the rest in basement and one is shared with the water heater system and pump system lull you to sleep. Rugs in house very grungy except master bedroom. mouse poop and bugs in many areas. Shower slippery and elderly parent slipped and fell . Only half a tank of gas for grill and had to go buy gas. Great fire pit and beautiful Sunsets can't be beat. Not too big of a deal but sits on a channel so boat traffic can be busy on weekends only. Dock posts very very sharp and cut hands on when docking boat so had to duct tape them. On/off dock difficult due to height of step and Lots of stairs to go up and down and hill. So if you have family with difficultty walking/doing stairs it was very challenging and not disclosed. Great location to stores, restaurants and things to do for the kids of all ages. 100% relaxing location, great escape private little beach a bonus and good fishing. Just needs attention to the safety details.
