The first floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a full bath off of the kitchen (tub-shower combo), a dining area, a living room and master suite with a king bed and a full bath (walk-in shower). There is also a mudroom with laundry and a large front porch with distant ocean views. Outside space includes a patio set with table, umbrella and chairs, and gas BBQ grill. There is a large TV in the living area with YouTube TV and Fubo TV streaming with News, Sports, and Entertainment (100+ Channels each). Fubo TV streaming has access to NESN which carries all the Boston Bruins and Boston Red Sox games.
Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, dressers, and two closets, bedrooms 3 has a queen bed, dresser and closets, and bedroom 4 has a twin bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two additional guests. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with AC window units.
