"We enjoyed our 4 day stay. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was a good selection. A little noise from trains passing below (we were on the north side of the building) but they do not sound their horn at road crossings. Room was clean but needed maintenance. The desk chairs were torn, the barn door to the bedroom would not close (one half fixed in place), the bathroom fan was loud and sounded like it was falling apart, bathroom wall had many chips out of outside corner. Carpet in halls was worn."

"Locating the hotel and obtaining parking is very difficult, especially when they have the only street into the hotel blocked off. Must carry your luggage to and from your parked car 15 minutes. Check in is 3pm. Our room was not ready until 4:30. It makes all the plans you have change due to late availability of room. Room was nice and large as was the bathroom. Beds a bit soft and low to the floor. Room was very quiet."

"Always find this is an excellent hotel to stay at. Unfortunately did not quite meet that standard this time. We had a room that looked out to the restaurant this time. It was quiet by about 11pm but you could hear music playing at 6am the next morning while the staff prepared the breakfast room. I went looking for an ice machine and finally had to ask at the desk. They are available at every odd floor starting at the 5th floor. After checking a few floors I found the only one that was working was on the 14th floor. Hopefully they will be repaired soon has I mentioned it at the front desk during checkout."
