All the issues started at check in with the front desk issuing me a dirty room. I got that issue resolved obviously by requesting another room that was actually clean. Then i got charged different fees because none of the employees actually knew the hotel prices and started charging random prices. At check out I brought this issue up to the front desk employee in which had super red eyes as if he was sleeping all night and had an attitude. I think his name was david, anyways he said he didnt know for sure what the hotel fees are so to call back when the manager is present. I called back and stephanie helped me by issuing 3 seperate refunds for fees that didnt even exists and shouldnt have been charged in the first place. The elevators were dirty and didnt seem like anyone cleans over the weekend. Definitely not gonna be coming back here. Spend the extra money and stay at the hilton or one of the other hotels near by.

If you’re looking for a hotel with actual housekeeping- don’t look here. The floors were so dirty that our feet were covered by the time we walked from the shower to the bed. We requested housekeeping several times and were told they would come in and they never did. Our stay was two weeks and we had to do everything ourselves, take out trash all the way across the parking lot, taking towels down to the lobby to ask them to swap for clean ones. We also had to ask for new toilet paper anytime we needed some. The hotel smelled like weed everywhere. I’ve never dealt with a hotel like this as a veteran that has stayed in hotels everywhere including worldwide, this was the worst

The front desk staff is awesome and the rooms are huge and have a lot of amenities. We did have a terrible problem with the motion sensor light and the front desk staff had no idea how to help us -- it came on every time we moved and woke us up all night. If there are these technologies in the room, someone onsite should know all about them and be able to fix. And the walls are very thin. We got to know our neighbors extremely well.

We were put on the 4th floor for an ADA Mobility room. Not sure of their evacuation plan. No house keeping on the 4th floor unless you paid extra. Also no common area (hallway) cleaning the week I was there.
