It was a cute little apartment but very small. Also there was a water heater but it didn’t really heat up the water. Carmen was very kind and attentive though!

The apt.was perfect for me, with a gate that locked and a short paved walk and a bed full of assorted plants that led back to the apt. The apt had a fridge, kitchen sink and tv. Carmen, the manager was kind, charming and helpful. If l ever visit Puerto Rico again, I'll most definitely book the apt.again!

The property was cute, comfy, and close to airport. The property staff was super nice, attentive, accomodating and suggested dining in the area. Kept in touch was always available. Private entry, easy access. Perfect for a short stay especially if your going to be out most of your vacay.

Cute, little studio in convenient location

We enjoyed our stay very much. Once luggage is inside, the place is quite cozy, but all we needed was a place to sleep each night. The dedicated parking spot was a conveniently right in front of the property on the street. The air conditioner worked very well and the bed was quite comfortable. The shower had hot water. The little kitchenette was perfect for making coffee and eating a light breakfast before we left each morning. We didn't know about the toilet paper plumbing situation in PR, so maybe the host could mention that in the listing (it might gross out some Americans who aren't used to it).

Excelente ubicación, ideal para hospedarse cerca del aeropuerto y vías principales que comunican con varias ubicaciones claves en San Juan. La comunicación con Carmén fue excelente - muy dispuesta a ayudar incluso mås allå de lo requerido. Esta ubicado en un lugar muy seguro. Esperando volver a San Juan para rentar el lugar again.

Cute little efficiency

This adorable efficiency has everything you need for a getaway. It’s in a great location near restaurants, mall and bars. It offers a dedicated parking. The bed was super comfy and has everything we needed to be comfortable for 5 days for 1-2 people. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to Sat as well.

Thankful for great host!

We were thankful Carmen’s property was available with working water and power right after the hurricane. We had a great stay and was perfect for my husband and myself. Would definitely recommend and Carmen was such a WONDERFUL host.
