This property is hosted by Capital Jetset.

Capital Jetset is a local company owned and operated by Puertoricans who are passionate for hospitality. We believe the beach lifestyle should be accessible to everyone. That`s our team only selects the best locations at the right prices so whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, as a group or with family, you know you are getting the best place in San Juan for your stay.

Note: The ESJ Towers (as many other buildings in the area) has a full power generator for common areas but not for individual units. The electric grid in Puerto Rico is being remodeled so power outages may arise. We have equipped the unit with rechargeable fans and flashlights for this cases. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to contact us anytime.

Keypad
We will send the check-in codes 15 minutes prior to your arrival.

We give our guests space but are available when needed.
We are available from 8AM to 5PM every day and over our call agents 24 hours a day.

Safe to walk around, fun during the day and night, close to the airport, and family-friendly. Tons of places to enjoy just within walking distance.

Walking distance to Walgreens, Restaurants, supermarkets, casinos, hotels, fast foods, public transportation, watersports, jet ski rentals, banana boat, parasailing, and Isla Verde beach!

If you are visiting for 2-3 days, you will enjoy walking the area. It`s really safe to walk around to the beach, hotels, casinos, nightlife, restaurants, and more. You are most likely not going to need to rent a car. If you are staying for a few more days or if you are looking to explore the island, consider renting a car as taking taxis outside the San Juan area can be expensive. There is Uber available in P.R. and taxis have flat rates within San Juan, no meters. Expect to pay around $12-$20 for each cab ride. If you rent a car, the place includes 3 assigned parking spots so no need to struggle to find street parking.

You can grab a taxi or a bus just downstairs anytime to see the sights and explore. Beach chair rentals and watersports are just a few steps from the complex lobby on the beach in front.

The condo is centrally located on the Isla Verde Beachfront next to Fairmont El San Juan hotel, 10 minutes from Old San Juan and La Placita, 30 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest and the Bio Bay. There is 24/7 Security on site.

Home Truths:

- Power: Grid outages can cut your unit`s electricity, A/C, and Wi-Fi until power returns; the building generator covers common areas only, not the apartment.

- Sound: A lively beachfront strip right by the airport.

- Windows & Terrace: Salt air and sea breeze leave residue (salitre) and fine sand on the glass, terrace, and furniture.

- Community: A residential tower where people live year-round, so expect everyday neighborhood life and some daytime noise.

Any bodily fluid stains on linens or furniture will incur in additional charges beginning at $25 apiece.
