Great Staff!! Young male that checked us in was friendly and delivered excellent customer service. ( I don’t remember his name) but he was amazing and he worked that night she the next day he was at the front desk working with a smile.

The room had A LOT of ants. When calling the front desk to ask to be moved to a different room, I was told that there weren't any rooms available and there was nothing they could do. When I tried to escalate this to a manager, there was not one working. After them suggesting they would come and spray the room, leaving me in a toxic cloud, they then moved me to a new room. It was a horrible stay.

The hotel’s facilities are excellent, with well-maintained and comfortable accommodations. However, the Wi-Fi connection was disappointing, showing instability and speeds far below expectations. This aspect should be improved, as it directly affects the guest experience. Overall, my stay was satisfactory.

Room is clean and updated. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast. Located close to shopping areas. It needs improvement with its cable tv. We had to call the maintenance to make it work. He said that there WiFi is sometimes an issue.
