Front desk manager, Susan was the most disgusting individual I’ve ever met and she needs a retraining and proper adequacy and how to treat customers that get luxury rooms. Absolutely disgusting will never come back again.

The property was very nice. When we checked in, the toilet didn't work. Maintenance was called and they repaired it. However, when we got back, itv was not working again. It was too late to call anyone to repair it again. It was disappointing. Other than that, it was good!

North side of broadway seems dirty. A lot of trash on sidewalks and around hotel. Hotel doors slam shut so loud it’s tough to sleep. Walls are paper thin room next to me was really loud on night 2 I had to get moved.

My business partner and I checked in early evening. I had called prior to see if the parking lot could accommodate a truck and 35 foot gooseneck trailer. Meredith not only went above and beyond with my phone call but also when we arrived making sure our parking accommodations were met and met safely following up with texts and assisting with parking fee. Cutomer service was top notch. Would highly recommend.

The pool had a hair tie and piece of hair floating in it which was very unappealing. I did tell the staff immediately. Otherwise the stay was good. Staff were excellent.
