This is a newer hotel- the room was immaculate, the bathroom and living area spotless. This is a budget friendly extended stay hotel and the design is clean and minimalist. The positives: price, friendly staff, cleanliness The negatives: check-in after hours is through their kiosk and was not smooth. Almost no amenities that you would expect in an extended stay hotel. No coffeemaker in the room, no coffee cups in the room. No cookware in the room. I was only there for 3 nights and not in the room much- so I didn’t request these items at the counter and can’t say if they would have been provided. I would stay again providing that the room amenity issues have been addressed.

Room is clean and spacious, nice quiet AC, comfy beds, but sparsely appointed. No cookware or utensils in kitchen, 1 shampoo and 1 bar of soap, no tissues. Extremely uncomfortable with front desk insisting on taking a copy of my DL, never had a hotel that did that. Will not return for this reason alone.

Brand new place. No clue about all these other bad reviews. I made my reservation about a month or so ago, so there early, checked right in, they asked what floor I wanted to be on. EXTREMELY clean. Was shocked of how nice everything was after reading all the bad reviews. Not sure if they changed staff or management, but my wife and I had a great experience

The first room they assigned me was occupied. They give you 1 small bar of soap and a tube of shampoo, no conditioner or lotion. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was large and comfortable but quite a bit of mechanical noise. The hotel is new and I’m hoping comfort improvements will be made such as more towels, conditioner, lotion and soap for both the sink and shower.

King suite came with flatware, plates, bowls, and cups for 2. They have packages one can purchase for the stay, but bringing your own would be worth the investment if possible. There is no oven and the stove top is 2 small burners close together. You cannot cook with 2 pans over 9". Trash bags are weak and tear easily. Ice machine was broken for the majority of our stay and there was no remediation offered. Ice trays would have been gladly accepted in this instance.

They sent us to the wrong room twice. Key didn't work twice. When we finally got into a room that wasn't occupied, it had dirty socks under sink. Shower was also unclean. Hairs and debris in the basin. Poor girl at front desk was left blaming and calling an unresponsive manager. Also, only had one towel for our party of 4. Just an overall bad experience during check in and getting to our room.

The property was brand new and very nice in many ways, the room was a little sparce, lacking a cozy feeling. There was no rug on the floor and while clean it made it feel not very homey feeling, kind of cold and utilitarian. The kitchen was very nice with a dish washer and dishes. A full size refridgerator. It would have been nice to have an upholstered chair or couch to sit on; there were only stools at the bar. The staff was very nice, but some of the guests were up and talking loudly in the hallway and going in and out of their rooms untill after 11pm.

Definitely a low budget hotel without the low budget price. self checkin did not work, only 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel, 3 days without an ice machine, no hot water was common, only 2 towels, no take out lids at the coffee maker. Its a new hotel with no bells and whistles.

We stayed 3 nights here. Our room could have been cleaned better. There were spill stains on the floor, Cheetos in the ac unit and hairs in the bathroom floor. Our first night was terrible. The walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors on all sides, including above us. The first night I was awoken multiple times throughout the night due to hearing the neighbors’ tvs, moving furniture and doing other things. I wanted to leave and get a different room somewhere else, but didn’t due to time constraint issues and traveling alone with 2 young children. Staff did seem nice any time we encountered them.

I stayed at the new Liv Away hotel the last two nights...the room was very nice and everything looked brand new...there was a nice efficiency kitchen so I got take out...there were no paper towels so i had to use a face cloth as a napkin...went to bed and was woken at 4 a.m by the person stomping around in the room above me...they probably need carpet on the floors...heard every move that was made and doors slamming...got up and took shower and no hot water...said something on way out and they said they had someone workikg on it...was out for the day and came back and there was no TV..called front desk and no one answered phone....went downstairs and person at front desk said cable was out and someone was working on it...never got it back...asked about hot water and they said that it had to be addressed room by room and she didn't know if my room was fixed....went and checked and it wasn't...was too lazy to pack up and move...went to bed to be woken again and this time by something knocking in the walls...no clue what it was but went down and said I needed a new room...i didn't move out of mine as it was middle of night but went to a different room to sleep. Got up in the a.m and checked their water and it was cold too so went back to my old room and took cold shower and packed up and left
