Check in was good, but then a few minutes after being in room. There was a plumbing problem. I heard Toilet gurgling and after 1.5 hours, I ad to move to another room. That was Not Handicapped / Accessable as needed & originally reserved. I needed the roll in shower, space of the accessable bathroom with higher toilet a safety bars, etc. Then also, you really need to do a better job plowing and cleaning up snow. There was No ice melt for the large amount of ice on walkways and parking area. Unsafe for all, but especially handicapped people.

What a wonderful and generous staff. Maria is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about Hotel matters. Raji and her devoted and kind family are excellent; they help you anytime you ask. They care for the people who stay here, calling me by my first name. They are very helpful with booking. Whether it’s Avi at night or Maria and Raji during the day, you get excellent service here. Five stars!!!

My room 110 was still occupied by somebody. The iron was missing but I didn't end up needing it. There was a small piece of gum stuck to the door frame on the inside of the bathroom. The real kicker was when I went to get ice. Under the plastic bag was a piece of toilet paper under the toilet paper was a woman's mini pad. No blood but still who would do that unless they're trying to ruin the reputation of the place. Cleaner should have caught it though.

They ask you for a $50 deposit!! It should be the opposite they would have to give us a deposit since you lie on the beds and the sheets stink!! They don't wash them!! They just lay the sheets and the room is ready for rent again!! I have itching all over my body!! They should be neat and fair!!
