Everything was even better than expected! Communications were easy, clear instructions for check in & check out, and the place was amazing! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived.
The chalet is big enough for a family, it is well equipped and even has numerous toys to keep the children occupied with new things. Two issues prevents me from a top rating: we were disappointed that the beach was not as close as we were expecting and, although nothing could be done to change this, the weather was very hot and humid and without A/C, most of the windows in the main room were defective and could not be opened. Overall a trip getaway, obviously a perfect chalet for a skiing trip .
Lovely stay at this beautiful place in the Laurentians. The place was as described and photographed. Super responsive host. Great location for exploring the area. Very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Would stay again if in the area.
