The room was super clean, the whole hotel was clean! The staff was friendly! The pool and water slide was a big hit for my family!

Very Poor costumer service we did not feel welcomed ,started with negative things like” if you leave spaghetti in the sink we will deduct money from the deposit “we came for leisure and want to spend good time , I was choked , morning near the lift “poop” was in the hallway from the lift to the corridor did not believe my eyes , housekeeping was good rooms were good , noise was an issue I did not sleep at night hot tub was good breakfast was good , but costumer service is the worse unfortunately they need to really at the reception , I will not comeback for sute if this persiste I visit 4 to 6 times a year and don’t want to stay in a place where they don’t care about costumer service .

I liked this place and the staff were polite and welcoming. However one thing my wife and I noticed that the bed sheets had visible spots and stains. I hope the management pays more attention to housekeeping standards, as this issue can easily be addressed to improve the guest experience.
