We loved being right in the Pedestrian Village. A lovely balcony to sit a relax with morning coffee. We brought our bikes and could store them securely in the ski storage room. There are so many fantastic trails for biking and hiking nearby! The kitchen has the basics, but could use a few more items - pans/baking sheet, larger bowls. We had an issue with our coffee pot lid melting in the dishwasher (loaded by housekeeping) a bit tricky with language barriers, but we managed to get a replacement coffee machine to enjoy our own brewed coffee from home. Also we didn’t want to see a credit card charge for the damaged/missing coffee machine. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and stay! We will be back for sure :)

Great location and the staff are friendly. For the price paid, I would expect better breakfast option and verities. Also the carpet in the rooms had a few stains and when reported, swift action was taken and it was cleaned. I would expect that the carpet is washed or cleaned at leased once a month considering the high occupancy.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Hotel is located in the heart of Tremblant Village so it makes going back and forth with kids very easy. The included breakfast was a great option for our family and simplified our mornings. Plenty of restaurants just steps away. There is no AC in the bedrooms so if you close your door it is too hot…with the door open it’s not too bad. The on-site pool and jacuzzi was convenient.

Great location very close to all the Mont-Tremblant amenities. Pool was great, staff was great and the buffet breakfast was much better than I expected. Highly recommended.

Overall the hotel was really nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds were quite firm. The bathroom fans didn't seem to work which made the room a bit humid after someone took a shower. The doors would swell up as a result and could at time stick when closing. The elevators could be replaced / upgraded to make guest feel a bit safer. Every time we stepped in the elevators we thought it might not make it up to the next floor. The outdoor pool was really nice and the surrounding trees provided natural privacy. The temperature was always perfect no matter the time we went for a swim.

We had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites, perfectly located right in the heart of Mont-Tremblant Village. The location made it so convenient to explore, dine, and enjoy all the activities nearby. The cozy outdoor pool was a great spot for family time, and the full kitchen in our suite was incredibly useful for preparing meals. We really liked the layout of the loft — the kids stayed in the loft bed and absolutely loved it. One area that could be improved is housekeeping — one of the beds was not made and one of the blankets was left on the floor after service, which was a small disappointment. Overall, it was a great stay, and we will definitely be back. Homewood has always been my family's go-to hotel for family trips, and this experience reaffirmed why.

The wall unit AC is not cooling the double room and some areas of the unit feel unclean, especially the couch and the corners. But the pool and the jacuzzi are nice and beautiful.

I was little disappointed by the AC condition at the room, it was too noisy and I even requested to change the room but then there was no availability. The breakfast options were very few and day two of my stay the plates were dirty. Looked like not cleaned properly.

The location is amazing, the staff are really nice and the Room service is exceptional. The suite size was good and the beds were comfortable. A couple of things that we disliked where: The washroom smelled like pee but when the concern was raised the washroom was cleaned again The tv is a regular tv with French channels it would have been good for the tv to be a smart tv so you can access YouTube and Netflix The shower head is not kid friendly it feels like needles shooting down on you The AC is very loud and noisy

There is a lot of walking up and down flights of stairs to various parts of the property due to it being on a slope. Each floor is not one level. To get to the first floor on one side of the hotel to the first floor on the other side, you may need to go up to the second floor in between. That makes some rooms not accessible to wheelchairs or those with mobility issues. Even carrying luggage is a problem since carts can’t negotiate the stairs. This layout is not mentioned on the website and may pose problems for some guests. The dining area for breakfast doesn’t have enough seating so most people bring food back to their rooms. Again, for some rooms, that is a lot of going up and down the stairs carrying plates of food and cups of hot coffee. The rooms themselves were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly.
