The location was excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, the 1-bedroom loft suite did not meet our expectations. The room felt very dark and is in need of renovation. Housekeeping was inconsistent — we were told our room would be serviced daily, but it wasn’t. On most days, beds were not made, and minimal cleaning was done; towels were offered and trash emptied, but the overall service fell short. Breakfast was also disappointing. We had expected options like waffles or pancakes at least once, but the selection was limited to pulled chicken, powdered eggs, and sausage, which were not very appealing. Overall, given the condition of the room and the level of service, I don’t feel it was worth what we paid.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites in Feb 2026 and had an excellent stay. My husband and I stayed in the studio room and found the space very roomy with vaulted ceilings. The location is perfect - in center of village and the gondola was across the street. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast is well done. Would definitely stay there again highly recommend it.

Clean rooms and decent stay if you want to be in the village. Rooms have definitely seen better days and pretty much everything in the room is loose and semi broken. Staff was nice and courteous. Pool was broken when we were there in Feb.

The staff were kind and helpful. Easy check-in. A ski locker is used for ski storage. A deposit of $50 per lock/ski is refundable upon return of lock. Parking underground is available for $24. Outdoor parking across hotel entrance is $40 a day. Breakfast was just ok and convenient. Back door of entrance area leads you outdoors into the village of stores and few steps to the Gondula. Booked 6 months in advance for cheaper rates. Cancellation almost to date of departure with refund if needed. Hotel shows wear but clean considering.

The heating wasn't working well the first night but the second night it worked fine. The bed sheets were all mixed up and for the wrong size bed. The sauna and hot tub were quite nice. Overall the room was very nice and had an excellent location in the village.

Location is great, right at the ski lifts and a couple of restaurants. The room was great for our family, 2 adults and 2 teens. 1 BR for the adults, loft space for one teen and couch pullout for the other. Underground parking, ski lockup also good features and the hot/cold breakfast. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Rooms were very clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great repetitive thought. Wish they allowed pets had to leave my baby home. Slopes were super close to the hotel. Restaurants close early by 10:30 most of them were already closed.

Front desk (Patti) was so lovely. Hotel amenities were great (sauna, hot tub, kitchenette). The hotel is literally at the foot of the mountain. We would come off the hill, walk 200 steps to the hotel and come back to the hotel for a quick lunch. Included breakfast was good too - much more than your typical cereal continental breakfast. Only complaint was that we came back to the room after skiing at 4pm and housekeeping was still there so we had to wait outside of our room with our ski gear on for 15 mins.
