"The rooms were quite small, however the hospitality was excellent. Alvin Lee assisted us greatly, especially with our delayed check in due to circumstances outside of our control. We really appreciated his kindness and support throughout our stay."

"Swiss Air delayed my flight by 12 hours so I didn't check in until the next morning. However the staff were amazing and gave me a late check out. I always stay here when I am in Singapore"

"Generally OK. Pillows and bedding had a weird smell. I asked for a new pillow but that also had a weird smell. No tissues were provided which was a bit disappointing. If you are a light sleeper perhaps better to avoid this hotel, lots of families with crying children stay here and there is no carpet so sound travels. Other than that my stay was generally OK."
